No way to cancel paid plan

Rip off does nothing and you can’t even cancel your paid plan you have to call them and wait forever

Lock ssn

I wish they had a lock and unlock function of the ssn on the app.

No have any more option in app system to cancel

I want to cancel the subscription but there is not picking up the phone call. And there have no option to close or cancel the subscribe.

App Doesn’t Load

App will not load. I downloaded the app, didn’t work. Deleted and reinstalled and still doesn’t work. Pretty much useless as far as an app.

Not sure yet

I was encouraged to download this app by trinity credit repair. I’m not sure how accurate the scores are I’m really curious to know just how accurate my credit score is because Experian app says something totally different

Easy to use, great information.

This app has been great to see all of my credit information. It is super easy to use and the alerts are super fast. Great peace of mind.

DO NOT! REPEATLY-DO_NOT

$30 a month. After I canceled on February03; I am charged $18. Customer Service on phone blaming “someone log into account”. It has been canceled, there should not been charge to my account! They refund my $18 and requested to remove my information and the lady confirmed for refund . on march05; afterward, charged me again $18!

Face ID broken

I actually do not have any major problems with the application at this point in time except for the facial recognition or face ID is grayed out and broken even though I have it turned on in the app.

It will not even try to recognize my face to open this application. I don’t think the green showing on the slide at means that it’s turned off. It just says facial ID and I turned it on I believe. LOL

Please look into the issue. Thanks.
