Perfect running app
There are no ads, “community” features, nagging popups, or any of the like. It’s perfect and I can’t recommend it highly enough — aptly named, it lets you just focus on the run.
I never thought I could ever consider myself active
But I just completed this challenge!! It didn't even feel like the steep learning curve I was expecting because they planned the paces out really really well!!! If you've ever read the book Power of Habit and had an interest in making routines for yourself, this is the perfect place to start. Paired with the loseit app, you can even drop a lot of weight if that is your goal.

Great app has helped me get off my fat backside
Really good app. Not pushy and has been a consistent challenge to get up and run. Builds pretty well and apart from a few days has not been too much of a jump. Am at week 7 now.

Wonderful app! Can’t say enough about it. Positive encouraging and motivating. Love the date tracking and it’s simple instruction that’s straight forward and not overwhelming. Assisted me during my Covid long haul journey once I felt able to slowly get moving again. Just finished all the weeks at my own pace and couldn’t recommend it more! You can do it!!!

Fantastic App!!!
I really like this app as I’m just getting back to running after having foot surgery on both my feet over the past couple of years. It’s gradual building up my length of time I run vs walking. I’m entering my 4th week and even though when I started I felt my run was like someone’s fast walk I can feel my personal progress. I also like how it tells me when I’m half way done my workout so I can turn around and head back towards my starting point. I put this app on~ play my music and where it’s 3 workouts a week I have been sticking with it!🙏🏻🎉
