  • Do not do business with Done

Done is a terrible company and you shouldn’t do business with them. They will charge you monthly but not respond to prescription requests for months on end. When you ask for a refund on months where they didn’t give you a prescription, they’ll give you the run around and ultimately pay you $15 off the $79 they charged. I gave them 22 days to contact me back so I can get my prescription before my trip, not a single customer service person could respond to countless emails, Instagram DMs, messages in the portal or anything. Ultimately I couldn’t get medication before my trip that they’ve charge me for. This is the 2nd time this happened. Their customer service is non existent, they want our money and they don’t care about helping us out once they get it. You can’t contact them by anything except a support email that they don’t email back on. Their phone number will keep you on hold for hours and never lead to a person. Depending on the doctor, they’ll start you on some useless medication that doesn’t work for months before getting the medication you need. Half the time they don’t even send in the right prescriptions. Stay away, find another company who does this type of business

  • Horrible customer service that will charge you

Horrible customer service that will charge you without taking any action for over a month and not keeping you updated on what is going on with your treatment and subscription. They also cancel your appointment last minute if you do or don’t take their assessment tests, in which the person will give a random excuse of a random family member dying, which has happened with a lot of the PHPMs that have been assigned/fired/resigned/rerouted to me (I’m on my 4th or 5th- can remember) They will also try to pivot and say they’re busy or some lame excuse, in order to rebook your appointment past your payment date just charge you and make you stay with them. I have been trying to contact customer service or anybody that will answer for over a month and nothing has been done, except not answer me and switched/reassign another new PHPM which canceled the appointment and rescheduled to another date. All while they charged me the subscription fee.

  • From 5 to 1

I started off really liking and appreciating this app. Especially being someone without health insurance. Appointments were quick and easy. Prescriptions were sent in same day. This month has been a complete nightmare. I sent my refill request in Monday expecting to get it within the next couple days. Didn’t which was fine. I didn’t start to worry until I hit the 72 hour mark and still hadn’t heard anything. Here we are 5 days later, I haven’t heard anything from the doctor I’ve been seeing, my prescription hasn’t been sent in, I’ve contacted support through the app, the website, and email, have heard nothing. I finally figured “okay I’ll make an apt” nothings available for another 5 days. I’m wondering if it has something to do with the legal issues the company is facing. Whatever the case is, I am completely dissatisfied. Got on reddit, apparently this is something they do all the time.

  • Dangerous Company

While the Done app initially makes the company appear legitimate, the appointment scheduling function and the messaging portion of the app are nonfunctional. When you attempt to have a conversation with your physician, any reply of theirs will close the dialog as “your question has been answered” when 99% of the time it absolutely hasn’t. All major pharmacies refuse to accept their prescriptions, forcing patients to find hole in the wall pharmacies desperate for business. The vetting process by the physician is designed to expedite medication prescription and takes little consideration of the patient’s needs. Even after alerting staff to serious adverse effects of the medication that was prescribed, the app and staff refuse to schedule a follow up assessment. My Done experience on the whole has been 1/10 and has left me in a worse position than when I initially sought help. Telehealth should not be this complicated, stay away.

  • Great App & Service

I read the previous review regarding the bugs that were mentioned in this app and I fortunately have not experienced those bugs at all. The app works great for me and I’ve not had any issues with it.

The service that this organization offers is really convenient, thorough, and very well put together. I was concerned that the physicians would not take the concerns I had seriously. I’ve been very fortunate to have been able to work with the physician assigned to my case and the service I’ve received has been exceptional.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for this is because I was forced to pay the monthly $79 dollar fee in the very beginning for 2 consecutive months while my medication was unavailable due to manufacturing shortages. I understand that this is not “Done”s problem, but it seems like an absolute waste at first to pay for a service that you don’t get a benefit from. My only complaint is that the subscription fee should start when the medication is confirmed available and provided. I raised this concern with customer service atleast twice while my medication was not available and I did not receive a response. I have not had trouble getting my medication since though.

  • Medication Refill, Message Request, and other issues

Don’t expect to have your medication refilled when you submit the request. My Doctor waits 3 days sometimes more to send the refill to the Pharmacy. Don’t expect to have your messages or emails responded to or your issues resolved ever. I’ve requested to switch pharmacies before and it took weeks. I’ve requested new doctors before and was told there is only 1 Doctor licensed in my state to prescribe my medication. There have been some months that go great and no flaws or hiccups but then some months are just a horrible experience. It’s too inconsistent for me and they make me feel unimportant and as if my treatment and condition doesn’t matter. I’ve also been charged the monthly membership fee before I get my refill or see my doctor. I’m so frustrated with DONE FIRST. If you can find a good Doctor somewhere else please try that first. I hate to talk bad about my own provider but I have to speak out finally because I am at my breaking point.

  • If you’re in the Bay Area read this

Conflicted about this app. On one hand I applaud the concept. The app has minor bugs, but I don’t want to ding them for that since they are trivial. Therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt reassured. The disappointing part is that pretty much no Bay Area pharmacy will accept prescriptions from Done. According to their customer service message, you cannot use the following: Rite-Aid, Walgreens, Walmart, Alto, Capsule, PureCare, Safeway, Von’s, Sam’s Club, Costco and CVS. Believe me, we tried. That leaves online pharmacies. However, my insurance does not cover stimulants, and no online pharmacy will accept out-of-pocket payments. Only local pharmacies will do that. So you see the catch-22 here. If you’re like me, you can get a diagnosis and a prescription, and then you can’t fill it. I was in contact with their support guy Neo (nice guy btw) and in three hours, we couldn’t locate a single pharmacy I could go to within a *two hour drive*. And there’s no refunds as Done considers their part done and it’s not their problem that I can’t fill the prescription.

  • Great Service & Help - Terrible Appointment Scheduling

I started using Done after I saw an online advertisement. I went through the questions and ultimately was asked to schedule an online appointment. After checking my calendar I had a very limited window to schedule and booked. My appointment was re-scheduled 6 times ultimately on a day I was busy. I still managed to make the appointment and reviewed everything with a licensed clinician. Now 5 days ago I scheduled again and of course my appointment was re-scheduled 4 times without my consent. Very frustrating especially when your paying for this service… also they should be more transparent about pricing and charges… $200 initiation fee and $70 a month after…

Please work on being consistent with your scheduling and promise to your clients. I will gladly change my review when I see improvements made.

  • Done has done more for me than any other medical practice has

I’ve been diagnosed and Rx treated for ADHD over 10 years. When Covid hit the world, I was in the middle of moving to a whole new state with a whole new job. I struggled for 4+ months to see someone only to be turned away, met with skepticism or simply not having any knowledge of ADHD.

Finally, Done was the only service that would see me, understand my issues and work with me endlessly so that I would have access to medication and continuity of care. Every time since then when I’ve moved or had issues with a pharmacy or drug shortage, they went above and beyond to personally resolve these issues for me. I’ve been with Done for 3+ years now and I do not ever want to leave because I finally have stability in that aspect of my life :)
