Good experience
I started my account with Done because i suspected i had ADHD, and i hate going to doctors so an online platform with virtual appointments seemed like a good fit for me. The doctor i was assigned seemed to really care about my well-being and was very kind and helpful! The only complaint i have is that it’s a little expensive, but the convenience is worth the money! If you’re like me and have a hard time prioritizing doctor appointments and things like that, Done is the right thing for you. Easy, efficient & they are more than willing to work with you if you have any issues due to medication shortages or insurance issues. Done has made my life so much easier!Show lessJessicaaax3
Convenient service, always responds promptly
Before Covid I was diagnosed with severe ADHD, which I knew I had suffered from after hours of research I had done on the subject after my son was diagnosed almost 10 years ago. Sadly, it was much easier to find treatment for my son than it was for myself. Prior to Covid I had finally began to see a therapist who quickly learned the severity of my adhd and had scheduled several tests for me to undergo as a formality for treatment. Before completing the tests Covid hit and they stopped seeing patients. By the time I learned the facility had open their doors again, they were completely booked for months with new patients seeking help due to Covid depression etc. So I continued to suffer as did my marriage due to my behavior which I could not control. I finally learned about “done” and figured I’d give it a shot because they were my last hope. I am pleased to say it has been the best decision I have made. Not only did they schedule an appointment within days of my inquiry, but they thoroughly discussed my medical history and listened to my complaints and they too agreed I was suffering from adhd and likely had since childhood. They started me off on a very low dose which did not even help me, but I liked the fact that they were cautious with their treatment plan. It’s been a few months and I am now on a therapeutic dose that has literally changed my life. I still have to be mindful of my behavior, but since treatment I have more self control and the mindfulness to recognize when I’m acting erratically which allows me to take a breath and think about what I’m doing or saying before it happens. I highly recommend done. They respond very quickly to my questions and concerns and have even gone out of their way to help me when my pharmacy was having difficulty obtaining my medication. Horrible service and inability to cancel
The Dr. I saw seemed more interested in prescribing medication than knowing me or my medical history- and then no pharmacies could fill what was prescribed. When I waited a week to see another provider after my first left the company, my appointment was cancelled at the last minute, rescheduled automatically to a time I did not confirm and then I was charged a $175 no show fee. When I expressed in writing that I wanted to cancel (via the text help desk) I received no response. No where on the app are you allowed to cancel and I am now pushing unauthorized charges through my bank to stop their withdrawals. Horrible experience.Show lessKeisten PDX

Done is a terrible company. I spent weeks waiting to be seen by their provider. Ultimately the psychiatrist prescribed me medications and nowhere would accept their prescriptions. It is a 3-5 business day wait period between pharmacy change. So you could imagine my frustration when multiple pharmacies are not accepting their prescriptions even if you call and ask if they would. DONE did not care to help me at all. I feel they just took my advantage of my mental health. They collected my money and threw me to the wind after they got paid. Terrible customer support that just blames you for everything and you have to make an appointment just for a phone call. Stay away. Go somewhere else that actually cares about their patients and is willing to help them. No reason DONE should not have a list of pharmacies they are able to get medication fulfilled through. Lazy company that is 100% profit driven and does not care about doing right by the patient.Show lessChocaCookie
