  • Great Solution

I’m honestly so impressed with the done portal. When I first started, it was a massive relief to be able to connect with someone one on one who was specifically there to talk about my adhd symptoms and medication. Since then, the website and app have become so organized, it’s been so fun to be able to track my own stats and progress. As an adhd person, I thrive on coaching apps and have had success with them in the past, and I’m so thrilled that the done app is starting to make moves toward that direction. I’m seeing improvements and I LOVE the articles. They help me understand myself in a way that I’ve never been able to address in the past, and is actively helping me overcome the biggest challenge with adhd (negative self- thinking) and its HUGE. Done has helped fill in so many missing pieces when working on myself and my symptoms. I also love that it makes you do the work and count your own stats, which has had a direct impact on my behavior and focus. Definitely feel the good habits forming. It’s so much more than just a convenient way to get your medication, it’s also a wonderful tool that I wish I had when I was younger. Highly recommend!

  • An OK place to get treatment

I’ve had some minor issues with communication. I feel like the doctors and team have to be aware of medication being hard to get since it’s been a national problem. Also, when they changed something in admin it changed the contracts with certain pharmacies that messed with me getting medication on time. Then when you send a message it takes the team days to get back which delays everything so I ended up not being able to get meds in a timely manner (like a month w/out meds,) and is super frustrating! Do your research on certain meds your insurance covers and a list of pharmacies you would normally use before your appointment so you have options!

  • Done for ADHD!

For nearly 3 years now I have been receiving consistent, supportive, and amazing ADHD treatment on behalf of my provider and the entire support team at Done-ADHD Managed. I still am in awe that after all this time, not a single month has passed that I haven’t had an issue getting my medication, answered, questions, appointments made, thanks to the staff at Done. I was not all that positive about having a great experience when I first started using Done, but believe it or not, I am the happiest I have ever been with any type of medical/mental health treatment I’ve received in my 39 years of life! Thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being the change and treatment I needed that allows me to enjoy my life the way I do now!

  • It’s okay

I used to use cerebral and they were amazing with attentiveness and anxiety emergencies. I paid the same price as I do for DONE. I only Left cerebral because I hit a treatment wall as they cannot prescribe certain stimulants that DONE can prescribe. I’ve been with DONE for maybe 6 months now and it is definitely not ADHD friendly when it comes to scheduling, prescription updates, contact and/or getting the proper medication. I’ve been on the same one for a few years and I’ve been struggling immensely for about 2 years now with my focus, memory, motivation, energy, mood swings, remembering anything that isn’t a big task and just general feelings of always being overwhelmed when I shouldn’t be. I feel like I shouldn’t have left cerebral because if I have to keep getting a “let’s try for another 6 weeks” over and over I would have rather it been with the attentive provider.

  • Buggy app, slow and disorganized support

Great concept, terrible execution. The app was buggy: it kept hiding the submit button when trying to send a message, and when I chose my own pharmacy, it later reverted to RxOutreach without my consent. This resulted in my prescription (which my doctor kept getting wrong) being sent to RxOutreach, and when I asked for it to be sent to a local pharmacy, I was told we first have to wait for the RxOutreach scrip to be nulled. This took weeks, despite my constant support emails and in-app messages asking what’s taking so long. When it finally was sent, I wasn’t even notified—I found out when I picked up my next month’s prescription and Walgreens told me they had another scrip from 13 days ago. I signed up for this service to save time and it ended up being a big hassle, because Done leaves things very unDone. When I canceled, I got an email asking why, so I explained again, then I got a call on Saturday night asking again why I canceled. I referred to the email and the support rep said she doesn’t have access to that. I get that outsourcing support to people from India saves money, but when it comes to medical care, details matter.

  • Disappointed

Went into this experience with a positive attitude. My provider sounded knowledgeable but rushed me through the entire process. She decided to diagnose me with depression and was unsure I had ADHD, which I have been consulted with other doctors about and they had agreed I do indeed have ADD. When I reached out for the 3rd time complaining about my dissatisfaction the provider, made me once again because I felt I did not get what I paid $200 for, she was very rude and once again did not listen to me. Just heard the part where I had asked for a refund. I have several friends using this service with the exact same symptoms as I do and they are receiving the medication. She was unhappy from the beginning because I had expressed frustration because she could not connect to the first appointment and Done was trying to charge me another time for a service I did not receive. Overall I would recommend this service. Just go to an in person group. It has worked for some but it’s not for everyone. I believe this is just a money grab.

  • DEV TEAM PLEASE DEAR GOD READ THIS

there needs to be a way to adjust the time you took your meds. buddy i have adhd. i see the notification and remember to take them but i dont go into the app to mark it that very moment. but i know when i took it. sometimes i take it in advance and definitely don’t do it. but if i could adjust the time i could track my energy levels and sleep quality based on when exactly i took my meds and have a better understanding of when i absolutely should and the longest it can wait. if u use this idea and put it behind a paywall i will cry, give me ads first.

  • Prescription not sent to pharmacy

Had 1st appointment with provider and provider agreed for me to continue on Adderall 10mg x 3 per day. Provider sent me a message yesterday saying it was sent into my pharmacy but they haven’t received anything. Provider had all information provided. Now I’m starting to think this is all a scam. I’ve already paid $200 for appointment thinking this was a an easier route than having to find another doctor since I just moved. Now playing can’t get ahold of anyone to speak to them. I’m panicking and this is not helping my ADHD at all. Don’t know what to do??? I believe I’m going to call my lawyer and file a lawsuit. I was going to give you all the benefit of doubt but u failed after seeing all the other people that have been done same way.

  • Dismal Service and Major Lack of Empathy for Problem Resolution

I was so excited to find an app that could connect me with providers to listen to my concerns and prescribe medication for my ADHD. I paid for an annual membership with the assumption I would continue getting my medication on a monthly basis, however I’ve been unmedicated for over a month. This was initially due to a medication shortage so I brought up switching to a more readily available, similar medication to avoid lapses in medication but my provider wanted to try and online pharmacy instead so I agreed. That was over a month ago and I still have not received my medication in the mail. I’ve requested phone calls and sent multiple electronic messages without actually receiving any help for my concerns. It is so sad to see that money is the top priority and not providing consistent, quality patient care.

  • WILL IGNORE TOU AND PUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AT RISK

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. YOU WILL BE IGNORED AND THEY WILL PUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AT RISK.

To start, my provider has now not responded to me on several occasions. Most recently my pharmacy was out of stock of a medication and my provider sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I’ve been trying to sort it out but customer support refuses to fully read their emails so after waiting days for a response you get some sort of generic or not helpful response back. They keep telling me my prescription has been sent because they are referring to the first prescription that was out of stock instead of reading further and learning that I had scheduled an appointment and received a new prescription because the old one was out of stock.

Do not ignore the reviews like I did! There’s plenty of other services that will help you get treatment for adhd.
