You won’t find any scriptural references, you might even find things that are contrary to a scriptural approach. Nothing about denying your flesh and striving to walk in your identity according to Christ, becoming a real (real=godly, Christlike, self control, temperate) man or woman, instead this is about behavior management and conflict management(good skills to have, not knocking that)
This content can be primarily described self help and team help(because both parts of the relationship are needed to contribute for successful results), based on emotions/feelings and try to manage them.
You can definitely recommend this to your LGBTQ friends or peers without any concern for insensitivity. The creators stand by what they say when they wanted to produce something that can be for anyone and everyone and consider themselves to have included biblical principle into the content. Which you can say that they somewhat have done sometimes.
