Printer itself is brilliant little product, the app however is shocking, my stickers are coming out blurry or croaked and off to the side writing on stickers is unreadable. The app has no explanation on how to use it and some functions are in a different language and I can work out how to change this to work out what the function are for.Show lessSSAUNDERS

Gets the job done but takes way longer than it should. Can’t upload multiple labels at one time. Can’t print multiple labels at one time. For my small business both of these functions would make it much easier to pack shipments faster.Chidragonlove

Hello, if you want to batch print PDF files, you can follow the steps below: 1. Enter the APP [Homepage], select [File & Import], 2. Select [PDF] and import your PDFs one by one on this page. 3. Click [Manage] in the upper right corner to select the file you want to print. 4. After multiple selections, click [Batch Print] in the lower right corner.I wish I could get my money back on the printer
Printer disconnects after printing a quarter of the label. It’s useless to try to print, & frustrating. I’m updated to the latest version, but this issue has persisted since for a few months now (before Christmas).milkofhoney

This app is so rubbish it literally lets the product down. The product is amazing but the app needs some work done. Every day my printer has an issue and it is more of the app that does its own thing and doesn't print correctly. Please modify this or create a better app. As small business owners we don't have time to fiddle around every single day we just want to print and go. Prints off the left edge
The app print preview shows the image in the centre but when you print it is over to the left hand edge, sometimes off it. Again it works ok with other devices other than iOS so it’s an app issue again.Johnwalkden

Great job on the app. It does what it says.
It would be nice to be able to use the Share Sheet from other apps to send a label to the Munbyn app directly. I cannot get the Munbyn app to appear in the Share Sheet or Quick Actions menu, so I must save the label to files and then go into the Munbyn app. This would elevate the user experience a lot.Show lessAC212885
Not Aligned!
The app shows my round sticker label as being perfectly centered. But when I print it’s off center and cut off. Extremely disappointing, I have wasted 10 stickers already, and I cannot for the life of me get it centered. I have a $13 thermal printer from Temu that centers perfectly. Hello. It is recommended that you reset the printer and calibrate the labels. 1. The steps to reset the printer are as follows: Press and hold the Feeder Button until you hear five beeps to reset the printer. If you have label template information on your printer application, it is recommended that you back it up to avoid data loss. If you are unable to print the self-test page, please contact us. 2. The steps to calibrate the paper are as follows: ① Please cancel all printing sequences ② Load no less than 4 sheets of continuous paper into the printer. ③ After the paper is stable, press and hold FEED (red/green light) and release the paper after hearing a "beep" sound. The printer will then automatically run back and forth to calibrate the label size. When it stops, the process is complete. When the printer is stopped, a green light will illuminate on top of it. After the process is completed, the printer returns to normal. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the customer service below to serve you at any time. Reprinting 1st label
I’ve loved my label maker P941BP since the day I purchased it this Spring 2023. Today it suddenly started reprinting the first label in each file. For example, 1st is receipt and 2nd is the address label. All of a sudden, I am getting only multiple receipts and no label. I formed my own work around by using a separate pdf software and then printing ONLY the label page, and cropping. I hope this doesn’t distort the scanning label for the post office. Wish me luck!
