Never been reliable.
App has always had issues but ever since the most recent update the app just closes down whenever I go to print. You charge an arm and a leg for a label printer, surely you can reinvest some of the profits for a decent app developer.GGoodwinn

I have tried on y iPhone and iPad, it will not find my IPTT130. Done all trouble shoot options and made sure everything turned on but still not working. When I try to print on my pc to never centred and just keep waiting labels. Very frustrating.Kira-1991

My printer won’t connect to my Windows computer. It claims it needs a password and the driver isn’t working correctly.
The app worked for a few weeks until today. It won’t print at all. I know it’s the app because the test print works fine.
Support hasn’t gotten back to me. I’ve tried the live chat, emailing, and messaging on Facebook as suggested by the test print.Show lessDestinyeliz
Time consuming to use
I wish you’d stop updating this app so often. Every time there’s an update, it doesn’t let you use it without downloading the new one, which means you have to wait and login all over again (and sometimes reconnect the Bluetooth device) before being able to print anything. When I just want to print something quickly, I have to open the app first, then go back to the page I want to print, then hit the app icon to print it, which results in the page being saved inside of the app, THEN I can print it inside the app. Would be nice if it just worked like a normal printer WITHOUT the need for the app. I don’t need all of these templates and extra app things to print a single shipping label! I thought that was the point of a Bluetooth printer.Show lessohsweetdeer
App crashes
I’m trying to print multiple shipping labels and it’s too much at once apparently. The app crashes. Extremely frustrating printing a single shipping label at a time. Then I have to restart the app and watch the random ad opening screen over and over. Absolutely horrible.channygray
Easy to use on iPhone with the P941
I love that I can print to my Munbyn printer straight from my iPhone.
Being able to save stickers on the app to reuse later is great.
It’s straight forward to use and has good options.
The only current issue with the app is since the last app update the offset settings in print preview don’t work anymore which is disappointing as it was a really handy feature, hoping this gets fixed in the next update!Show lessBee Fresh

App is hard to use, always crashing and when trying to do a template from scratch there’s always something. It’s kinda sad, the printer is nice and it’s saving our company hundreds of dollars but we have to upgrade for something better.gaets761
Current update broke app
I used to be able to use the app just fine but the most recent update does not allow me to upload files for printing which was the only way I used the app. If you are shopping for a printer you should look for other products that are more reliable.thecaseyjames
