Can no longer sign in
Since the update I can no longer sign in to use this appTerrible!
Can’t login most of the time to change anything.App isn’t working
We bought a wybot C1 that arrived today. The robot is charged and in the pool but like the previous reviewer we can’t get the app to accept our sign up for an account. I’ve tried to call WYBOT support and my call gets dropped within a minute.App not working after firmware update
I was prompted to download new firmware and now am unable to login to app. The forgot password option does not work either.App
App logged out and will not allow to log back in. Is system down ?Machine great, app is abysmal
The actual pool cleaner works pretty good, does the job very well. The app, however, which was pretty useless for the most part, is now TOTALLY useless. It signed me out and now it won’t let me sign back in. Get a user error message! Please fix!!Was working
Then needed to change a settings and it won’t let me log in. Clearly something changed.App Not Responsive
My WYBOT worked fine for 3 cleanings. I’ve had the product for 37 days and the APP logged me out and now says USER NOT FOUND, yet I can login to the website?????? Needs an update immediately. Wouldn’t recommend product until the APP is fixed!

App quit working right after the return window ended, support is unreachable. Vaccum just ok prior to app malfunction, but it now worthless.App is completely unreliable
Constant issues logging in, currently it’s that it can’t find our user. Funny, had no issue few days back finding our user. Unfortunately vac is useless if you can’t get into the app! Get it together!
