App is NEVER working
I have my L1 for a couple months now. It works ok but the App doesn't work most of the times. You can't sign in or it doesn't work for some other magical reason.
The issue is that the L1 needs the app to come up to the surface to take it out.Chris_Haus_84

My first WYBOT came and worked with app once. I had to return it for a replacement. Replacement came and I don’t believe it was a new one due to a scratch and smugness. I have not been able to get in the app, app reads my password is incorrect I tried and tried to reset it and still my password is wrong. I can’t get a reset. WYBOT is working on my issues hopefully they will be able to fix
