The 3 stars is because it worked wonderfully at first. My Wybot was really doing a great job until it wasn’t.
It’s been less 30 days of use and it’s, as of today, been unusable for 5 days. I’ve emailed and chatted with Amazon which sent me to the seller site. I emailed wybot directly and they emailed back asking for LONG video of the machine in use so they could determine warranty response. HOW DOES ONE GET A LONG VIDEO WHEN THE MACHINE WON’T EVEN TURN ON?? I need either a replacement or a complete refund to buy a different machine. I bought this because I needed it, not for it to sit in my floor and do nothing but take up space.
C’mon customer service. Do better!

The M1 solar robot is ok, but without the app it lacks functionality and is hampered from being a great pool cleaner.
The app makes selecting options difficult with confusing screens, this is compounded by a lack of clarity in knowing when an option has been selected or confirmed. For instance you can get to the pool shape selection screen, but tapping on an option produces no feedback to know if you have made the selection. The is all the more frustrating because some screens have a save option while others do not, so it is difficult to know what options you have selected and if they are saved.
Currently experiencing a couple of issues with both the app and robot and have received no response from Wybot, so buyer beware that you might get no customer service help if you have robot or app issues. It’s been about two weeks of no response, I tried to in app feature as well as the website.
I would also note that they hide reviews on their website. It says “be the first to review” so I put a review in that said much of what is above and it has yet to post, I verified the purchase on their review verification site judge me and nothing. So they are likely aware of all the issues but trying to hide them to boost sales for now.Show lessRobot cleans well, App is very poor
Robot cleans well but the app is very poor. Robot shuts down after cleaning and is almost always off-line. battery and temperature indicators are inaccurate. Cannot view current schedule in app, when you click schedule, it changes all times to the current time instead of displaying the schedule as currently programmed. Cleaner is not very useful as I have to manually start it each day to ensure it runs and can not monitor battery level.Show lessUnprofessional App
Here are my open issues:
1) Robot water sensor will not read anything
2) Start option will not work when remote from property.
3) Wi-Fi light is flashing blue
4) Schedule screen is not useable due to formatting of the iPhone app.
5) When robot stops cleaning it sits vertical on bottom of pool, is this normal?
6) The word Manual is spelled incorrectly.
7) Robot goes offline when done cleaning.
8) Sensor reset button will not show successful after pressing and waiting few seconds.
9) Robot goes offline when done running and won’t come back on per schedule unless I manual hit start first.

You had many months before anyone received their robots to get this app ready.
It looks like it was pieced together by people that are learning as they go.
This app has very basic features that either do not work, are incorrect, or even misspelled. It does not show temp outside your own network, it does not show battery level, charging status, what it’s cleaned (it has to have built in mapping tech, show is the results in the app).
The start button quickly switches to stop. We have no idea of the robot is still running or not. Please give us a readout on the app what the robot is doing.
Scheduler is to basic. I would like to be able to schedule certain jobs each day. One day clean water line, the next it could do the floor only, etc.
We know there is an update coming on the 15. Saturday? Hope that correct so far all they have told me of it adds battery status. I sure hope it’s going to do much more than that.
One last thing. Could you please list what your firmware updates have fixed. Just saying bug fixes does not help.
The bot needs help on my angled stairs. I sure hope you are working on new firmware to help it and to speed it up some switch modes.
The pool bot was is very nice but without good software it’s not going to get good reviews.

Manual says the app has a battery charge indicator - can’t find it

Nothing explains what each button in the app does.
Manual says you can use the app to program the multi function button - can’t find it.
So far not so good.App needs to be remade!
The robot cleans well so far, but the app is missing so much!
Does not show battery life or charging information.
The manual control option is cool but only works half the time and the robot keeps on stopping and not following app command.
Does not give any data from robot that can be read from up, no status update or changes regarding what mode the robot is on, no data feedback at all which is upsetting for such a nice looking and working machine. Sometimes the machine stops periodically, not sure if it is following the cleaning pattern selected on app.
PLEASE MAKE NEW APP WITH BATTERY LEVELS AND REAL-TIME DATA FROM ROBOT, ALSO MAKE MANUAL CONTROL MORE RESPONSIVE! Manual control works 20% of time and very slow to follow command.Show less
