App needs to be updated
The app doesn’t allow you to start an account even though it says it can. You can only login. Time to update or fix the app.
Same as everyone else
Unable to set up my account with my Apple ID or my Google account. Very frustrating and I dont see any answers in here from the others responding the same reviews. Please help us login to our accounts.
Great Expectations
Phone pairing is sketchy. Impossible to connect and pre warm sauna remotely . Keeps saying not connected no matter how close to sauna , WiFi router or bluetooth on top of sauna you are. Frustrating … but would be amazing if it worked !!

App won’t connect even in same room!
This really seems like a scam. A smart sauna with an app that is useless! As being victims of obvious fraud we should file a class action law suit!!! Sunlighten doesn’t even care so we have to make them care!
“Sauna is not connected”
My least favorite words. This app does not reliably connect to the sauna. As an average, 8/10 attempts to use it result in failure. Why launch an app that cannot remotely control the sauna? I’m just a few rooms away from it. What’s the catch? Is it Bluetooth issues? WiFi issues? Something faulty in the sauna? So disappointing.

Absolute Garbage
This app is trash. Connectivity is abysmal.
Sunlighten saunas are also trash. I strongly regret purchasing an $8,500 Sunlighten sauna. Don’t bother downloading this app. Just look at what others have said and also look at the app update history. That will show you what kind of company you are dealing with.

Sauna doesn’t connect
As with all other reviews you can’t connect to the sauna from the all. Completely worthless.
Beyond Disappointed
We just got our Mpulse Sauna this past week. We were so excited to start it in advance - either in the morning or on our way home from work, but so far the app is terrible. It flat out doesn’t work! Disconnects or errors out when not in the sauna. Just spent a LOT of money on something that doesn’t work properly. False advertising. Wish I would have read the reviews ahead of our purchase!

Set up issues
My sunlighten app only has a login feature.. when I click create account it only takes me to a login page and then gives me an error saying “can’t find your account” but won’t give me any way to create an account. Extremely frustrating to pay so much for a sauna that I can’t even use because of an ineffective app. Why does it not have controls without using wifi/an app? I wish I had known this before purchasing.

App Doesn’t stay connected to sauna 90% of the time
App doesn’t stay connected to sauna 90% of the time. And setting up a regular schedule for sauna to automatically go on at certain times does not work either. These were two of the main reasons I bought a sunlighten sauna and neither of these features works.
