Great Portable Backup
We did a LOT of research before purchasing this product. It seemed to be the most bang for the buck, and we took advantage of a Prime Day sale to get it, and the 400W solar panel. We live in the countryside, and though not “off-grid”, we do lose power from time to time, though usually only for 1-4 hours. The last time our car was trapped in the garage and we needed to leave. This unit will allow us to power the garage doors, as well as small critical loads in an outage, like our refrigerators and freezer for short periods. For longer periods we have a gas/propane generator. We plan to upgrade the later to the Anker F3800 in the future, with dedicated solar panels. Very pleased with the build quality, features and silence of the F2000. We’re pleased to have an alternative backup system for outages and something that can run our truck camper when boondocking away from shore-power.

Excellent
I really like that you can choose to use Bluetooth only or WiFi only or both. That’s excellent. The app is easy to use and works great with my Solic DC 300. I also like that firmware updates are easy to do, and all the information and configuration you can use the app for is great. You can even access the manual through the app which is great for reading about a feature on the go, and you can even read the FAQ or submit feedback / ask questions through the app. They really did a great job with this app. Thanks Anker!

Solix C1000
I just received my C1000 yesterday. I plugged it in to top it off. The next morning I tried it with my Kurig and it handled it with no problem. The app works great via Bluetooth and WiFi. Just to check things out, I was able to check the status and turn on the light when I was 50 miles away via WiFi.

Not cheap but nothing good is
I had/have an older powerbank of theirs and several wall chargers.
All rugged, all still serving me well.
I’m now upgrading hdwe to mostly usb-c and their large tsa compliant powerbank with the optional base works well at my desk and for travel.
I am becoming a fanboy i guess. And i paid for this stuff - not compensated, not an influencer :-).

Great App
Works very nice and user-friendly
Please allow us to set a max charge of 80% to prolong battery life.
Im using this as a UPC backup battery. My devices only pull 31 watts. It should be bypassing the battery and only use AC power, unless I lose AC power. Daily it charges itself from 99% to 100% and sends a notification that cannot be disabled. This is going to degrade the battery in short time. Also, why log us out regularly and not use Face ID?

Amazing app

Im using this as a UPC backup battery. It charges itself from 99% to 100% every day. This is going to degrade the battery in short time. Also, logging us out and then not even using Face ID is ridiculous. Please, tell me how this is state of the art? This is extremely annoying and makes me not want to purchase more Anker products! The device is set to never turn off. However it turns off everyday! I just purchased another brand. The other brand has a much better app that doesn’t log me out. The other brand also lets me limit the battery charge to less than 100% to extend the shelf life of the battery.

Simple and easy to use app! Needs work!
App widgets will make this app 5-Stars. Viewing my Prime’s battery status, at a glance, would do wonders. Notifications panel is useless as it doesn’t actually push to the native notifications list of the phone. You have to physically open the app to even know if you have a notification.
