  • App needs work!

    Love Leana, Love the app, but definitely needs work. Progressive Overload is extremely important in order to obtain results. The fact that I can track my reps/weight during my workouts, but not being able to record/go back to the data, it’s very disappointing. How are we supposed to track our progress? :( I have faith that this will be fixed soon. I really like how convenient the workouts are.

  • App needs improvement

    Love the workouts & recipes. First point of feedback is more technical..switching between sections can take a while to load. The app feels pretty choppy and could be smoother.
    Next, it would be great if they could fix tracking our workout. For example, when we track our progress there should an option to view our previous logs so that as we progress we can see what we did the last workout. Since I can’t see those things imo it’s pretty pointless and I should just keep tracking on my notes app.
    Also, it’d be great if when switching out a workout we had some more variety (it’s a lot of the same exercise but changes from dumbbell to barbell etc) or even an option to write a workout in if for some reason we can’t do the exercise in the program. Then lastly for the food portion yes there’s calories, but please please please provide macros/nutrition 😭 for someone trying to track protein it’d be super helpful.
    I love Leana and her content & was so so excited to join the challenge/support her app. Although, honestly the gym rat part of me was a lil disappointed with it lacking these things. These changes would easily change my rating to 5 stars and make the membership feel like it’s worth the price.

  • “Track Reps” but it doesn’t

    Everything is great about the app. Very easy to follow. When you start your workout there is a button to click that says “track reps.” If it tracks reps then you should be able to view your weight that was used previously to make sure you’re doing progressive overload. But there is no where it actually tracks. Not even sure why the button is there at all then. What is the point of the button?

  • Honestly- The best!!!

    The app is so simple to use, and the workouts have been amazing. Only been using it for three days, but can feel the difference in my strength, and I’m feeling way more comfortable at the gym!

    Wish the recipe la actually contained full nutritional information not just CAL.
  • Upper body

    I wish this app had sections for upper body focus as well. That’s the only thing I’m missing. Deff still needs some work. I’ve been following leana and happy for the App but it needs some work. Instagram has the upper body workouts as well which is what I’m following but it should all be in once place.

  • App incomplete

    I love working out with Leanna’s Instagram videos so I signed up for the app. The workouts look amazing when you see the overview of what exercises it will contain but once I start the workout not all the instructional videos that were shown in the overview come up…
  • Crashing!!

    Since the last update can’t get to the app. Have to start by put the info & when get to the guides, won’t let me start it. & then send me back again to put the info again. 🤦🏻‍♀️
  • Love this app!

    I really love this app! I have been following Leana’s workouts on instagram for about a year now and this app was perfect for me since it has an actual 8-week plan. There are a few things I think the app can improve. As far as tracking your reps and weights I wish we were able to go back and see what our weights and reps were the week before or just be able to look back at it. I also have noticed a glitch on some of the days once I finish it will kick me out of the app and I have to go back and click through and put back in all the information for it to give me a check for that day. Another thing I wish there was like a form library for all of her workouts that show you the correct form to get into these workouts. Other than that the app is great and I love it!
