  • Perfect transition app but could use improvement

    As a former division, one athlete, I was used to going to the gym every day, this being said, I would go to the gym and have workouts, premade and ready on deck for me. This being said it has been very helpful to have Lena’s app create workouts, and break up the sets for me as I’m unfamiliar with that aspect of the gym. I do enjoy the diversity every two weeks of the changing of exercises.

    I do believe the app could use some improvement in terms of being able to insert an injury and update in the app how you feel after a certain amount of weeks to keep track of that while you exercise. As well as the app prompts you to take a photo every time you finish a workout. I think that when you finish a set or a workout group that it should have a ability to scroll through all your photos so you can see truly see the progress. Finally I think it would be nice to have some cool down options. Warming up is always important but cooling down is just as important.

  • Easy to use

    Great fitness app. I mostly use it for the workouts and when I go to the gym or workout from home (plenty of options for both) I can just fully rely on the app without having to plan anything myself. Love the feature that offers modified workouts. I would appreciate if I can have more than one program running simultaneously on my main home page such as a gym and home workout guide, or one beginner and one advanced, etc… All in all, I absolutely love!

  • Super Helpful !!

    I love this fitness app, it is definitely one of my favourite with delicious meal plans and very easy to follow step by step guide on what exercises to do have how to do them. This app has made it easier for me to keep progress of my fitness goals. One thing i would like to see change or alter is having not to subscribe to a payment before checking the app out. Personally I would like to have the option of looking around the app to see what features they offer. I would suggest maybe having one free workout and one free meal plan available for people to see what it’s like. You could lock the other exercises and meal plans and other features that you are only allowed to use when subscribed. Overall i wasn’t hesitant to go ahead as i have been followed to leana on instagram for about 3 - 4 years now and have been loving all her experiences and i knew it was going to be worth it and it has been !! thank you so much leana for helping me achieve my fitness goals. You should be super proud of how far you have come and I can not wait to see you achieve more and more in life !!

  • Recommend highly and so proud to see from a fellow hijabi creator!!!

    When I say this app is genuinely so good like the sets they have I have found so helpful and help me in many ways! Also the tracker! I love keeping track on what I’m doing as it keeps me disciplined and motivated. I just love to see this going so well for one of my muslimah girlies makes me so happy🥹❤️ may Allah grant u success ameen but could not recommend this app enough it is definitely worth to purchase as it’s cheaper than paying for a gym membership but this will keep u in place!

    This App is amazing !! Easy to do the exercises, easy flow also it lets you add how much weight ypu lifted and reps you did for each workout you did ❤️

    Just started using the app and I feel so much more motivated to work out. It’s so nice to be inspired by others like Leana so to be able to follow an app that she has curated has been so helpful and supportive in my workout journey💗
  • The perfect app for a busy schedule

    I been using this app since it came out! And I already see improvements everytime it updates. I personally don’t use the food part of this only the workout.

    I wish there is an easier way to see the weights I used the workout before instead of going into history. And I wish I can customize the rest 2 min for me sometimes is too much when I’m trying to workout in 30 mins. I can’t wait for you to add more programs.

    I had an issue with the app and the developer team was super responsive and fixed the bug that made me know they really are trying their best to help us make a better version of ourselves!

  • gr8 app so far

    Been recently using the app and I have to say, I enjoy it! This app is easy and not a heavy load, which is what I like. The recipes, the different exercises, and how organized the app is makes using it enjoyable. My only thing is that at times, it does glitch, but that can also be caused bc of low data storage or not upgrading my phone. Also, it doesn’t save my work at times. I would to keep it in the app, but I have been keeping track of my work by writing it down, so it’s not really a big issue. If there are any improvements I would suggest, I think it will be to have the ability to be apart of groups with other users. At times, I need help and perhaps those on the app may help me with my concerns or questions. After all, we are a whole “family” :). Other suggestions I would like to be considered is adding more programs, perhaps adding exercises with different options, and more variety of food options for those who have a specific diet. Maybe this is where users can hope in and post some suggestions?

  • makes working out so much more attainable

    i have an insane schedule and sticking to a routine was always hard for me bc it took me forever to build a workout. i felt like i didn’t know where to start. the app makes this so easy — i know i can open it and the routine is right there for me. best part is IT WORKS. i saw improvements in my health (less shortness of breath, strength, increased stamina) as i stayed consistent. i felt more disciplined bc i knew everything was already laid out for me on the app. for folks working in medicine with crazy schedules, this app truly made my life easier for my wellness. i’m hooked. the only thing i would say that’s a con is: -i can modify a workout in the set prior to starting it but not during. sometimes i realize i really can’t do one of the movements i thought i could in the beginning, but it’s already too late once i started bc you can’t modify it once you begin -i can’t remove workouts in the set once i’ve started it that day. so if you run out of time, you just have to put 0 reps in instead of removing it from your set entirely honestly, this app changed the game for me. so grateful to leana and the team for putting this together.
