    LEANA I love you!!! I’ve been following you for as long as I can remember and you were my motivation to get back in the gym! Cliche but TRUE
    Your app is amazing and I love the quality of it, I’ve been reading through and noticed some opinions were pretty similar to mine as far as counting macros and protein, btw chicken chipotle is bussin MY GO TO. 🖤
    It would also be awesome if we could swipe back and forth through workouts during the workout as sometimes I’m not able to use certain equipment at the time necessary, and I don’t want to lose my reps and time. ALTHOUGH I really like that you have supersets included so I wonder how that would process. I hope this helps 🖤

  • Great App!

    I absolutely love what Leana does. I especially like the meal library and the fact we can track our reps/weights during workouts. For whom it may concern, there is also great workouts for Ramadan.

    Perfect app with meal prep ideas and all types of different workouts no matter whether you need a quick 20 min workout in and out or a longer one! It caters to all sorts of gym goers no matter what experience they may have workout wise. Amazing app, definitely recommend!

  • App is great but could use some work

    I loved the app at first because I was making my way back to the gym and didn’t know where to start. As I started using it, I realized it was slightly confusing and not as beginner friendly. One issue I faced was when I’d accidentally close the work out it wouldn’t automatically save my progress, I would have to manually re-enter every set and weights I used (which I probably didn’t remember)—it was getting frustrating. I would just submit whatever was already there, which was not what I actually did. Another thing that was frustrating about it was the fact that I could not see my lifting progress. During the 8 weeks I would have liked to see my progression of weights, but sadly I couldn’t, which resulted with me tracking it manually in my notes. Other than that, I was able to learn new work outs. I wish it could specially tell me what muscle I was working instead of it being generalized.

    Great app, with a variety of exercises from a beginner level to advanced with step by step videos to guide you and amazing meal prep ideas Wish it could be used offline but overall is a 9/10
  • Ecstatic

    Have been using the app since the day it launched and I have been more than happy with the features! I love everything from the workout plans to the meal plan! I have recommended this to so many friends and haven’t heard any complaints
  • Good fitness app

    I used the app for about a month and the workouts are great and really get you sweating. I love that you can alternate workouts if you don’t have the equipment or ability to do the suggested workouts. I also like that you can log in how many reps and how much weight you used. The 3 day split was perfect for me. One small problem I had with the app was the “clocked out” screen at the end of the workout. There was no way to go back to the main screen unless you closed the app and came back in.

    The food diary was fine but I would like to be able to have a space where my meals could be recorded separately so I don’t have to add all the information again.

    I’ve followed Leana for years and when she brought out this app I knew it would be great! It’s a brilliant app, easy to follow and effective! Something for everyone and the workouts always challenge you! Love it! ❤️
