  • The one app that does it all!

    An amazing app, one of the first I’ve seen to have everything in it including meal tracking and workouts! Very helpful having everything in one place, makes it easy to manage and such an easy app to use aswell. Brilliant app!

    I’ve had this app for a while now and I can say the changes I’ve seen are drastically good, I’m so happy with my progress but also amazed at the level of Leana and her team have gone through to create such an amazing app, from the variety in exercises, to the amount of protein in each meal. Everything you want in an app, they have achieved.
    Such an easy way to calorie count, straightforward recipes and instructions,different levels of exercise according to your expertise, and extra workouts, beyond amazing.

    Would definitely recommend this app over any other app (I’ve never really used any apps, but I know Leana only provides the best and she never disappoints)

  • Learned so much!

    I love that you can record your sets and that there’s an option to opt out on that too. I know some of the workouts, so it was not hard to follow. I learned so many new ones as well! I also like that there’s an option to switch out of a specific workout, but wish there were more options when it came to finding an alternative workout, it is a litttle limited. It would also be helpful to have some tips on there regarding weights and choosing the right amount of lbs, especially for beginners. I love the recipes too, but also wish there were more options/ideas for protein intake. I’m regards to it being user friendly: It’s easy to follow, click through etc, I would recommend having the option of seeing the list of workouts and not needing to click through each one to see all of them (but isn’t a must). It tends to glitch when I’m at the gym and kick me out sometimes, but could be the wifi too not sure.

  • ✨THIS APP SAVED MY LIFE✨

    I’m a Mom of 2, I hated my post-partum body. My mental health was on a deep hole. One day, I came across Leana on Instagram, while watching her videos she inspired me to go the gym but I didn’t know where to start. I found out that she got this app and immediately subscribed to it. I fell inlove with weightlifting. This app has kept me going after so many months, it keeps me on track. The recipes is one the best feature as well. I was shocked when I got this app that I also get free recipes! It helps me to eat clean, and my family too! From 73 kgs to 53 kgs now, this is all to the help of this app. My mental health is better now, I’m starting to love my new body! And I’m loving my journey 🥰 P.S The only thing that I would like to add to this app is how I wish there’s a different guide for cardio as well like running, doing sprint and other cardio stuff. 😊

  • Great app

    Love the app and it has great workouts. The timer makes it easy as well to keep track of where you are. The only thing I’d recommend is in the description of each workout to mention the equipment needed to help us be prepared before each session.
  • Amazing

    This app has been great to really give variety to my day to day workouts. Eventhough I was already going gym these workouts would always be good to throw in 1 or 2 a week to vary my usual schedule. They have been great! I also really enjoy the recipes for ideas!
  • Such a great app!!!

    Ever since I started using this app, I loved how customisable it is! Whether you want to work out at home or at the gym or whether you want to do 3 or 5 workouts, Leana has provided soo many workout schedules that’s suits everyone’s needs! I really appreciate these especially since it helps me to find a workout plan which suits my lifestyle and which I can maintain every when life gets hectic! All the workouts come with its own video tutorial to guide you through the exercises which can really help with form! Whether your a beginner or advanced, the app has a training plan for you! I also loved the calorie tracker which also tracks your protein, carbohydrates and fats to ensure that your are able to maintain a healthy diet alongside your workouts! I can’t wait to try out more recipes!

  • User + Beginner Friendly!

    When I first downloaded the app, I was skeptical as to whether or not I would get anywhere without having a physical personal trainer or somebody to at least virtually train me. But wow, this app is so helpful. Not only did I love the fact that there were levels to each workout (levels meaning intensity such as beginner or advanced), home vs gym workouts, and even nutrition!! My favourite part of the whole app is that there are video demonstrations on how to do each workout! This made sure I had the correct form.
    Regardless, with the app, i managed to not only lose 20 pounds this year, but also look like a machine from the waist down!
    Highly recommended for beginners + intermediate gym-goers !

  • Amazing and almost perfect!!!

    I absolutely love love LOVE this app. It allows me to go into the gym with a plan, and not feel lost about “what to do”. The food section of this app is the cherry on top that i want to and should take more advantage of. The only reason this is a 4 out of 5 stars is due to 2 reasons: 1) if you accidentally click out of your active workout you have to start it over and 2) i wish the workouts library ranged more.

    The workout timer resets, the workouts rep/KG tracker resets - everything resets. So, if I've been at the gym for an hour already and i accidentally click out of my active workout, i have to click “start the workout” to get back to where i was and it starts everything from scratch. This has happened to me a couple times. My own fault for clicking out, but would be super happy if the tracker saved everything and I didn’t have to start fresh.

    As for the workouts library, i think it’s super nice especially when i go into the gym more then my workout schedule in the app tells me to. Although, it would be so dope if there was more then just ab workouts, glute workouts and dynamic workouts. Those are the only 3 categories that show on my app to choose from, which is totally ok!! Just a sprinkle of more variety would be cool.

    Aside from those two things I absolutely love this app, and loooooove how you can customize your daily workouts before starting them!!! Such a great tool, and definitely going to keep using it.
