  • JUST QUIT WORKING

    I called the company to troubleshoot and it still doesn't work.
  • Very frustrating

    Got transferred over from HSBC. Can’t login to the app. Login credentials are 100% correct. Go to ‘contact’ and it crashed. Re opened the app and it has a pop up that says they are having ‘connectivity issues’. Tried again for 3 days straight and same things happened. This app straight up does not work

    I tried to open the mobile banking app and I could not. It seems to have crashed.
  • Shady credit card

    This credit card company is the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with. All the credit agencies give me an excellent rating but my account was closed. When I called customer service they said I had closed it.
  • Total trash app. Nothing works.

    This is not cool. You run credit card company and can’t even keep up with app. Neither money nor data is safe with you. Government should shut you down.

    My most recent statement stated FIXED 0%APR for cash advances. I thought “Ok, sounds good. But I better call and talk to someone just to make sure.”
    So I called… and waited… for half an hour. Once I got connected to a live person I was told that , indeed, the fixed interest rate is 0%APR but there is a 5% transaction fee and a cash advance limit of 25% of the credit limit. Ok, fine. That seems reasonable to me. So that is what I did. NOW, today, I find out that in addition to the transaction fee I AM BEING CHARGED AN EXORBITANT INTEREST RATE on the cash advance. This after confirming with the representative that the rate was 0%. When all is said and done, I blame myself for this ridiculous fiasco as PF|CP is highly suspect and I should have listened to my gut feeling. PF|CP is unquestionably an abysmal failure of a financial institution/outfit.

  • Zero support, sketch bank

    As a fellow HSBC card member who got transferred offer, its been nothing but hassles. Shows I have zero limit and balance via automated, customer rep is useless and just keep you on hold. I was on hold over 30 min, with them randomly checking in saying sorry. Have no clue what to do now but report them to BBB? Lawsuit anyone?
