Can’t even log in.
I saw someone mention the app worked on their iPhone 12, but I have a 12 too and it the app does nothing. It won’t log in at all; the only thing I’ve ever seen is the login screen.
PFCP, based on the reviews, you’d be better off NOT having an app at all, rather than having an app that’s completely useless like this one.PhoenixRizez

When I went to their site And clicked any of the options available it went to ads , when I tried to explain this on the phone to a representative that I could not understand, she hung up on me !!
Second call to customer service and I was put on hold telling the next representative available is in 40 minutes ! They are terrible!!bubjo
Waste of an app
App does not work and have been complaining since 9/17. It was very easy to access your account when my card was with hsbc. They should not even have an app.they keep saying it is being worked on and to check back tomorrow,will be paying this card off and cancelling the cardFroghorn5
