App will not load
Nothing happens when you try to authenticate to the app. When you enter your username and password, nothing happens when you click login. I have confirmed my credentials via the web interface, so it’s definitely and app issue. Could be an issue with iOS 16. I did not try it on anything prior.Czman75
Works fine for me
I’m on a 12 Pro Max and it works fine for me. I had to set up login info and that went smoothly after clicking the link to do so. It just let me do it in the app instead of opening Chrome or something, which I like. Set that up and enabled FaceID which also worked. Hit the back button after that and it took me right to my account. All my info was correct and transferred over perfectly (they are not my original creditor), even the auto pay schedule and everything so I didn’t have to set up a single thing other than the login. Pretty happy with how smooth the switch was, I was a bit concerned after learning that it was going to happen, but no complaints here so far!Jinnybinny

Setup faceid or just login does nothing, app is not listed in the app list. Wth???ekhav

Installed the app and tried to log in. Nothing happened after pressing the Log In button, even though the username and password were entered into the form. Nothing. Not even an error message.CaptainC_Captain
