  • Can’t login

    My account was also transferred from HSBC. I am also unable to login using the app. I can only access my account on my computer or by using the safari browser on my phone. Upon reading the other reviews, it’s quite clear that this is a widespread issue and it should really be addressed.
  • Worthless

    Impossible to login via app. Works fine in browser. How is this even possible that a “bank” can’t even get a basic app up and running? Was transferred from HSBC, but won’t stay with these amateurs very long.

    Got transferred from HSBC to here and now my login info is changed or not the same. I can’t get into my account so I called customer service. The automated answering service was fine with general account information, such as my current balance and available balance. However, when I tried to talk with a representative, I was answered by a woman who stated her name then asked “how can I help?” Then immediately was met with a blank mute sound and no answer to anything I was saying.

    I tried calling again and was met this time with a male representative with a southern drawl who also introduced themselves then asked “how can I help you?” Immediately followed by the same blank lack of background noise.

    I’m under the impression that it’s the start of an answering service that just hangs up after asking how they can help and that just seems sad.

    Completely unable to log in. Nothing is responsive - buttons do nothing. Was this app intentionally created as a joke about how bad banking software is? Because if so, you’re killing it!

    their website is working well so far although the app is not working at all, there’s no way to log in, the app doesn’t do anything… I’m not even sure to called this an app at all.

    I wonder if Apple really take the time to check a few of these apps

    My account was sold to them. The app would not let me enroll. I have been trying for weeks. Every customer service call is 40 min plus. They want to nickel and dime you to death and waste your time. Pay your bill, and close this account.
  • Have never been able to log in

    I’ve never been able to use the app because I can’t log in. Have done the restart/reinstall on the app and always, after entering my login info, I tap the button to log in and button just flashes. Nothing else - no messages, no info, just nothing.

    I was very concerned after reading all the reviews. I’m also one of those HSBC accounts acquired by This institution. With that been said, I login into their website with my computer, registered to use their online page, and activated the card. All good. Then download the app, and proceed with the loving attempt. Everything was flawless. I have an iPhone SE 2020. Not a glitch at this point.
