    I paid for a three month premium subscription and more than half the time I open the app I was unable to access the premium content . And then about two weeks ago it was taken away completely. I thought maybe my subscription ran out but NO , my subscription doesn’t end until September 26th. So they basically robbed me of my last 30 days of the premium. Not to mention all the days it just simply didn’t work to begin with.
  • Breathing became less labored!!! WOW!!!

    So I set the mode to treat inflammation and I set the intensity at 7 for four minutes. I immediately felt a sense of calm and my breathing became much less labored. Very impressed with the results and I just turned the machine on. Very exciting!
  • First experience

    I have iatrogenic vagus nerve damage(severed at stomach level) from a previous surgery and my first experience was eye opening! I almost immediately felt the benefits and was disappointed when I got the notification the session had ended! Super optimistic about the continued use and benefits! Much more relaxed and hopeful!
  • Be careful

    I’m not saying transcutaneous vagus stimulation doesn’t work but I will say that if you have gut issues be careful. I used it a few times already for only a minute or two and each time I got nauseous. The last time I used it for only 2 minutes, I had the only thing I can think to describe it was a sympathetic storm. My heart rate spiked, anxiety kicked in, I had a sharp pain in my stomach, had a bowel movement, and got a really full feeling. I ended up going to the parking lot of the emergency room just in case it got worse. 2.5 hour later and it finally subsided. Maybe after my gut issues heal I’ll try it again, maybe. Maybe not.
  • Mind blown🤯🤯🤯

    I’m a Paralympian and in Paris right now, so you can guess how much pressure I’m under. After turning on pulsetto the pressure I was holding in my temples disappeared 😭 can’t wait to try the sleep setting 😁😁😁

    I don’t like that it requires conductive gel to use, but I do notice that after a session I’m more relaxed and grounded. It helps a little with pain too. I like that the app is easy to use and it’s nice that there is meditation music as an option. There are premium categories but they charge for access to those.

    We're happy that our device helps you with your pain! In order to get best results you do need to use gel since our device use frequencies that are transferred thru gel to your body, as well as we do have Premium subscription but it is not required to use that, you can use basic app version that is free of charge!
  • They manage to keep making the app worse

    Instead of simplifying and making it easier to use the app the team at Pulsetto continuously makes the app more complex. For example they force you to answer a survey after every session in spite of myself and others requesting that they get rid of that requirement for months.

    They don’t listen to feedback for some reason and continually double down on all the parts of the app that make it annoying to use. It’s a decent product but the app designer insists on making the experience of using it worse and worse over time…

  • Updated but forgot to fix some of the most annoying bits

    So even though you paid for their product they force you to take a survey anytime you use the device. Anything like that should be optional and not forced literally every time you use the product… If there IS a way to turn it off I can’t find it.

  • Love my pulsetto!

    Hi, I just wanted to say that I love my device. With that said, a bit more R&D should be put into the App. It’s really hard to tell how much battery life is left on the device and often times it will tell me that it’s at like 60% from the app but then it just dies in the middle of my session. One of the things I would recommend to other users is to make sure the device is on before hitting start for the session. I have NEVER had connectivity issues from the App to my device doing it the way I mentioned above. Other than the battery life of the device being a bit wonky I highly recommend this. My health has improved DRAMATICALLY as a result of this.

  • App doesn’t function at times

    Updated: issue is fixed as of now. Still concerns me that there is no way to use the device without the app but I’m happy the dev team is pushing fixes.

    When I first got this app it would connect to the Pulsetto maybe 50% of the time. Now when I open it I just hit a black screen. The problem is that the device can’t be used without the app. So essentially my Pulsetto is now a very expensive piece of plastic that I can’t use.
