  • Button faulty

    I’ve had my Pulsetto for a week I’ve been using it. I haven’t noticed a difference yet, but I’m gonna give it time. It definitely stimulates my neck but the button is not the best design and gets stuck and now mines permanently stuck in this weird angle position so and I’ve only had it a week so I don’t even know how long it’s gonna last so I sent them an email and hopefully they can send me a new one but the button design isn’t fantastic and I am all about vagus health so we’ll see what results I get with it. Wish it had a better button design and app interface

  • Needs more detail

    Needs a percentage left on the battery status
    Needs the ability to turn off the very annoying status light, should you chose to do so.
    App is buggy, switching between screens can hang the app. Switch back to the app after a session has finished produces tons of lag, which I assume is due to the pop up window. I have been using the device for about ten days. I haven’t seen improvement in my HRV, but the guide says it will take longer to see results. I also think it helps with sleep, not so sure about focus meditation

  • App looks good

    They recently made a lot of updates to the app and while I’ve only had the device for a day I can say I slept well and it helps with my back aches even in sleep mode. Only wish I had is if it integrated with Apple Health.

  • Rarely connects

    An expense device that does not connect. Please fix the connection.

  • Freezes

    The app freezes frequently, so providing feedback is near impossible.

    The device itself it nice enough, I’ve tried each of the settings once or twice, but only with the sleep setting at maximum for 20minutes did I feel any difference after the session. The booklet that comes with the device has a QR code to provide feedback, but the typeform is expired, so this seems to be the only way to provide them feedback.

  • App Meh

    Excited about the hardware but the app experience is lacking in many ways - from content to I’m not sure if it’s actually working right when in a meditation and it’s on the green line no stimulation is occurring. Followed supports guidance but still not clear if working. I’m sure it’s a small co and that’s difficult for sure to get scaled but let’s find a way to have the $59.99 premium actually be more than meditations - can get those for free in most places and then just use basic service on app. Hoping for improvements.

  • New updated app works great

    Very happy with the latest version of the app major improvement. Most importantly, when the device is turned on the app, recognizes that immediately which makes the overall experience significantly better.

  • Profile > Session tutorial

    Click profile, then session tutorial to get the app to request Bluetooth permissions. We shouldn’t have to do that, but that’s what you gotta do

  • Amazing device thwarted by a terrible app

    I have to log in to the app again every time I want to use the device? Why would I need to login at all?

  • Connecting to app is unituitive

    I’ve found that if I don’t turn on the pulsetto device until I select a program it connect to the app almost instantly without issue; however, if I have the device on before connecting to the app it can’t find it.

    Once I figured out what works it’s easy to use, but it was unintuitive to figure out. App itself could use some improvements to the UI and user experience, but the device works great and it’s a small team, so no major complaints outside of the unintuitive connection.
