  • App doesn’t function at times

    Updated: issue is fixed as of now. Still concerns me that there is no way to use the device without the app but I’m happy the dev team is pushing fixes.

    When I first got this app it would connect to the Pulsetto maybe 50% of the time. Now when I open it I just hit a black screen. The problem is that the device can’t be used without the app. So essentially my Pulsetto is now a very expensive piece of plastic that I can’t use.

  • Device is great, app is garbage

    Considering the app runs the device and you cannot access the device without it, I would hope that app would be running without issues to ensure that users could enjoy their device but this app is terrible; server is down (not sure why that would be needed if Bluetooth is the only thing required), or when you open the app the entire screen turns black for no reason. We should be able to access this very expensive piece of equipment at our own discretion; when there are constant issues it turns me off to even own this device. I might be looking to return it because of this.

  • Server connectivity issues

    The app requires you to log in to the server in order to use the device. But the server is apparently unreliable. This is a ridiculous arrangement. I’m trying to use a device to lower my anxiety. And I can’t use it because their server is down. How is that helping my anxiety? Why can’t the app just control the device without a connection?

  • App needs improvement

    The device is great when the app deigns to work. It’s really frustrating to want to use the device and have the app do nothing.
  • Won’t connect

    One of the worst apps I have used. It will not connect to my device despite trying multiple phones, multiple logins etc.

    No number to call and nothing online on how to fix the issue if your device won’t connect.

    The app says it’s playing the programs without even connecting to a device.

  • Initially frustrating to get logged in then really nice

    Kept getting error messages from the server.
    Update: it took less than 24 hours to resolve the issue. So far the have had two sessions. I do recommend starting at the low setting!

  • Need this app to work better.

    I LOVE my Pulsetto. I have fibromyalgia with depression and IBS-C. This device has let me enjoy a good defication for the first time in years. No straining, no laxatives…just a relaxing time with me and the toilet. Thank you so much!!!
    However, don’t waste your $$ on the premium subscription. I never use it, the guided meditations don’t play through correctly and I have my own music. The app works better if you have the device on when you open it. I still get asked several times about how I feel, even though I answer that right after the session.
    Great product, get a professional to write your app.

  • Without the app the device is useless

    Like others, when I received the device, the app would not let me login. I spent time addressing that issue only to find that the sound overlay would restart mid sentence several times during a session.

    Some of the premium content is like a guided meditation. So when it restarts over and over, it does so abruptly and never gets to the end.

    Moreover, while I was trying to get these issues resolved, they started charging me for the premium subscription. When I complained, they cancelled the subscription instead of reinstating the trial while they were fixing the problem. So how am I supposed to know if they fix the issues?

    I have a device that is useless because the app doesn’t work. What’s the point?

  • Seem to be a nice device, but I can’t use it

    I’m not able to access the app to know how to use the device. It’s impossible to sign in.

  • Annoying Rating Prompts

    Prompts users to review everytime it’s used. It defaults to “Great” which is a terrible way to get honest feedback. Most people just want to click Ok to get rid of the pop up that doesn’t mean their experience was great. At least make it default to neutral otherwise you’re just lying to yourselves and getting skewed results.
