  • Amazing device thwarted by a terrible app

    I have to log in to the app again every time I want to use the device? Why would I need to login at all?

  • Great device, crappy app

    Echoing what others have said here—the device is great, but the app desperately needs help. It rarely ever connects to the device on the first try, which gets old in a hurry. The lack of a Back button also means you have to force quit the app in order to change modes, which is made even more of a hassle because then you have to log in again (why do I have to log in at all??). More freedom to choose how long to use it would also be nice—if there’s an upper safe limit, fine, but the options are so limited now.

    It seems no one tested the app from the POV of an actual user, so they never saw what a hassle it is to use. Ironic for a device meant to help alleviate stress.

  • Device is amazing, app needs to be improved

    Like other reviewers already mentioned it, the device is great and makes a difference in my and my wife’s health.
    However, the app need more functions. A “back” button after selecting a mode would be great, in case you changed your mind or tapped it by accident.
    Also, more programs or variations would be good.

  • Please fix the app

    It is unreasonable to ask users to log in every time they use the device. I already paid for the device. Why do I need to authenticate every time I use it?

  • The device is ok, the app no so much

    The app is very primitive. It doesn’t have specifics on the hz applied, it doesn’t allow to modify duration of a routine. Plus, it does tack improvements if any on the vagus nerve stimulation.
    No improvements or updates in months.

    I fear they will run out of stock of pulsettos and stop supporting the app making the device useless as it can’t be operated without the app
