Latest update broke the app - won’t launch anymore. Company I clueless even after more than 2 weeks.
I bought this based on the great reviews but now realize that it was just slick marketing. Would it recommend this company and its products. Am going to ask for a full refund. Extremely disappointed - waste of my time and money.Mohan2
App never Loads
The app worked fine for a couple of days and then it just stopped working and won’t load. This is after removing the app completely restarting the phone reinstalling the app, etc. the app is just broken. Way too expensive of a product to have an app experience like this.StuffNicke

Absolutely Brutal!
I have written twice in now to report to that the last 2 updates are broken. The app only opens to a blank white screen and does not work at all! This is getting ridiculous! FIX YOUR DAMN APP!!Shawn -
Non functional App
I literally receive a white screen. I can no longer operate my $1000 robot vacuum. The tech support was no help. Their response was to use a device that works. The robot is great when it works but it is terrible at obstacle avoidance. I’m truly frustrated and will jump ship when another option with an anti tangle brush.Show lessJustin2830
Just do not buy this product
For a time after purchase, this mop would successfully communicate with our home’s router — like every other device in our home.
But no more. No amount of troubleshooting works.
If you like a challenge that will involve quite literally hours and hours of frustration with no apparent chance of success, then this product may be for you. If, on the other hand, you expect an expensive tech product to “just work” you may want to look elsewhere.Show lessJames Jullaint
The perfect floor cleaning system I’ve had
I love my Narwal robot ❤️. Was so easy to map out my home in three areas. It picked up furniture and rugs in each area.
I love being able to program my living, kitchen and two halls on a weekly scheduled day and time to vacuum then mop.
I also have two other areas mapped to cover entire house being cleaned, these two, I just click on area to clean as needed.
The charge is held great to complete each area and can do more than one.
I also can set the area rug in living area to have more vacuum power.

Mapping
The app does not allow easy editing to map your home… The robot will auto map your home, but it truly needs to be tweaked. Would really help if rooms could be added, deleted since the auto robot mapping skills don’t reflect the actual layout of your home.Suitegreek
