Overall, good game. Slow moving though and irrelevant items sometimes.
I just spent 350 diamonds to get the purple box. I got a hero that I can’t even use right now and I’m pretty disappointed in that. I took the survey to get enough diamonds for said box and would’ve put this comment in there too had I known what I know now. Also I don’t like how slow this can be at times. I wish when they were sleeping it would go a bit faster. Overall though the game looks nice, holds my attention and I like the mini games with the hero’s and their adventures. The amount of ads is great too, I like that that don’t force me to watch them, but still have that option if I do want something extra. I’d like to see some customization In the future!

Bad Glitch
I have been playing the game for about a week now and I am hooked can’t put my phone down. But here lately for 2days straight I have encountered a glitch and a BAD ONE too. I have lost countless of resources and time due to it. And the only way I know is with the off line timer. How is it that when I’ll stop playing at night only to return in the morning to the counter saying I was gone for 20mins? But at the meantime resources are being used like a black Friday sale and I come back empty handed. The off line timer stops at 2hrs max and it stops collecting resources until I log back in. This glitch is making me upset to the point I want to delete the game. Please help me fix this glitch before I give up on the game. I am not a person that play games on phone but somehow I ended up with this game and love it, hate to get rid of it. I have tried using the Contact Us section but even that is not working.

Great game, but
I’m currently at the 4th city and here are my observations. I am not planning to keep playing though. Here is why.
This game is amazing regarding the concept and the design but it needs improvements for the mechanics. The first 2 cities are ok and you need a bit of patience and that’s fine. It gets tricky after.
You don’t have to pay but the free options are crappy.
You can watch a video - but only every 8 hours - to get new cards or gems. These videos don’t necessarily give what you need to move forward. Then you wait 8 hours again.
In the meantime, your survivors are dying and rioting and you can do absolutely nothing but hope to get a hero card eventually.
If you want to pay, the options are :
1- spend about 15$ to get enough gems
2- buy a hero card pack
That still doesn’t guaranty you will get the cards you need.
My suggestions : I would make it possible to watch videos more often, find new ways to give us hero cards or red gems and reduce the cost of buying gems.

Very addictive and fun game but
Hi,
This is actually a very fun game, I love it. The only issue is I won’t spend a penny on it as cities keep changing.
I don’t know something about this modern games which can’t stick to just one city. If I have only one city and it grows exponentially I will buy stuff and grow it larger and bigger. But over here if I spend a penny on one city I know next day that city won’t matter cuz I am gonna be working on the next city. So it gets a 4 star from me.
Sim city, city tycoon all modern fun games have the same problem they can’t stick to one city and make us play several cities infact this game goes even one step further where you don’t care about your past city and work a new city next day.

Broken
I really enjoy this game. The first 2 cities are easy and fun and then your get to the third city and it gets harder. I don’t mind that, but 2 of my survivors stopped sleeping. They lay down when it’s “bedtime” but the sleep meter doesn’t go up at all. They’re just exhausted all the time and I can’t seem to fix it. Everything was fine until I went to bed myself and woke up to this issue. I tried to look it up but couldn’t find anything.
If my survivors would sleep like they’re supposed to, I would give this 5 stars. Yes, the 3rd city is much harder than the first 2 but I think it just adds to the gameplay in my opinion.

Was fun but is now Aggravating
My issue with this game is that you have to spend money to continue forward. I did spend money on this game because I enjoyed it but I don’t want to continue spending money on it all the time to continue forward. So I’ve decided that I probably will end up not playing it that much anymore or just letting it slowly continue because I refuse to continue putting money into it just for them to continue to want you to put more money into it. The heroes shouldn’t cost like they do and even if you get boxes to get to them they should be in more boxes. I’ll buy boxes with my gems and get no hero that I need. I’m just very disappointed because it was a very fun game but I’m not putting in excessive amounts of money to play and continue the game.

Pay to keep progressing
It’s all fun and interesting until you start getting stuck in the third city where a hero card will be forever missing unless you pay - a single card missing in one building creates a bottleneck in the production chain, meaning you cannot move forward. This isn’t pay to win, it’s pay to play - just be upfront about it.

Frozen City
I try not to leave reviews on a game, but I’ve been playing this particular one for almost a week and I’m pretty satisfied with the graphics, performance and gameplay. You guys definitely did your thing in this game. Salute!!! This is thus far the best strategy game out. I’m in Plain City and short One Hero to overlook the workshops. I’ve watched the ads in hoping I will get this last Hero. But as usual I don’t. Resources are alright but it makes it harder to achieve certain goals or objectives when you need that last part. More events should be included as well in my opinion. Grandpa Farms was pretty cool. Overall, no complaints and keep up the good work.

It's fun, but the commercial is misleading and could be better!
I would have given it five stars, but there are two or three things—hell, maybe more—about this game that I absolutely do not like. The advertisement is misleading. I thought I was going to be building my town from the ground up like the survivors in the trailer, but instead I’m moving from town to town, which is very annoying. I hate the idea of starting over every time my main survivors take me to a different location, just to start over. Second, I despise relying on the idiotic eight-hour free card to bring my hero to my town.I have two buildings that I can’t even move forward with because I don’t have the heroes. I wish they would just come with the story like the other survivors do when you upgrade your town's sleeping quarters. I mean, this is ridiculous. I have five excellently upgraded machines, but only one Survivor is working in my building. Why? because the so-called hero has not shown up. My other building has four machines but only one worker. one worker, and it's because the hero hasn't shown up for that one either. Again, this is ridiculous. Who came up with this stupid concept? and I'm definitely not desperate enough to spend money to get them to come to my town either. Also, another misleading thing your commercial shows, which clearly doesn't happen in the game, is that the survivors don't freely talk to each other!

Only get thru with ads
At first it was super easy and I liked how I could assign people all these jobs and what-not. Then I went to more lands and I could literally not even do anything without my people dying and always had to use ads. It’s nothing wrong with I did steps wrong or anything, it’s just that I had to rely on ads to even get by and if not then every quality would be ‘very poor’. This bothered me greatly and then the production of items got painfully slow to produce. I would buy timeskip all the time just to get a small amount that’s barely enough to do anything. I really do like this game and maybe I’m just impatient but my little ppl will die if I don’t use a ad to hurry and buy money to upgrade the fire/food/everything they’re not satisfied with. and I can’t add workers if I don’t have my hero’s upgraded but to do that I need to earn stars and even that has become hard. I did like it a lot but it just difficult and I rely on ads to get by.
