  • Beginner Plans are not really for Beginners

Overall great App with free workout and training plans. Especially if you have been training and working out for a while consistently.

If you are entirely new or getting back into it, the plans leave much to be desired. The 5K Beginner Training plan essentially asks you to run a 5K on Day 1 and then 2 more times just in the first week. That is a very steep entry for someone that is new to running or hasn’t ran in a while and is currently averaging 0-5 miles a week.

  • PR Marathon

This app helped me train better than any previous marathon. Each week I put in the work the app told me to do while listening to Nick Bare’s podcast for extra motivation. Highly recommend this app, the endurance supplement, and the impact that BPN is making in so many athlete’s lives.
  • Great Workouts!

I have been doing the hybrid athlete program for 6 weeks now. Great easy to understand and follow workouts! I have been able to do a lot from my small garage gym and some I expect to go to local gym for. Overall wonderful experience!
  • LOVE

I’m a big BPN fan in general, but being able to have access to free workouts and training programs is great! They offer programs for different levels of athletes. I am currently using the app to train for my first marathon, and everything is laid out for you so it’s extremely easy to follow!
  • Great App for No Cost

For a fitness app that doesn’t cost any money, it is very in depth and has some great features. Love that it can connect with my Garmin watch. The only thing that would be nice to see in the future is a program tailored more to strength and / or bodybuilding. The Hybrid Athlete 1.0 program only has 3 weight training sessions per week, which is on the low-end in my opinion. Otherwise, zero complaints here. Love the BPN brand

  • Best Out There

Workout Plans to fit your goals as a runner, functional lifter, or a combination as a hybrid athlete. I love the organization, versatility, and mixing of the workouts. I feel like I’m training hard and not just staying in shape. I’ve always ended up a little sore from every work out. I get a small shock from each workout, I HIGHLY recommend it.

  • Vision

Having a structured plan has helped me feel like I have a clear vision of what I’m working towards. Nick is a real inspiration, being able to follow his direction and intentionality has been extremely motivating in the midst of extreme physical challenge.
  • Great app but would like a few features

So far I’ve been using this app for over a week and it’s going well. The exercises are fun and challenging. The only thing I would like is to have a section to write down notes on every exercise rather than wait till the end of the workout to write down notes. I don’t have cable machines so I use bands and I would like to write down what bands. Or I would like to write down what exercise I substituted to accommodate the said movement. It would also be nice to see what weight you lifted on repeat exercises instead of going all the way back to the past week to check the weight. Just nitpicking is all. Good app though! I recommend 👍🏽

  • App helped me reach my 1 mile personal best

I’ve been using BPN supplements for a while now, and when the app came up I had to try it. I started the training plan to finish a 5K; I have been running at a sub 12:00 minute per mile pace after taking a break from running. The app helped me reach an 8:58 minute per mile personal best during training, and finished the 5K race running at an average of 9:55 minutes per mile pace. To all the team behind BPN Supplements and the BPN training app, THANK YOU!

  • Great App

Takes the work of putting together a program out of the equation (for hybrid athlete program). You just open the app and follow the plan already put together. 10/10
