Incorrect prices
When topping up Sharetank, the ‘nearest lowest price’ is not right - the app won’t even pick up the correct price if you’re sitting directly outside the gas station. In addition to this, why doesn’t it take 6c off when topping up with sharetank?
It was cheaper for me to fuel up directly at the station, it would have cost me 6cents more per litre on the app. Why doesn’t it make sense? Why is it wrong? Why don’t you fix it?
People rely on the app without realising it’s not actually doing what it’s meant to - it’s kind of a scam in that sense.

The notification alert flag drives me crazy
Please make these alerts easier to get rid of.
Even if I click on the notification, the red alert notification remains on the Z app.
It’s so hard to get rid of. Drives me crazy.
I like share tank but I really hate the constant alert on my phone. Even opening and closing the app doesn’t necessarily work, even after clicking on the notification.

Prebuy & Pay By Plate
Prebuy/Sharetank
I love the fact that you can find the cheapest fuel at any Z station within a certain radius and prebuy that fuel to use at any other Z station later. Also, if you have pre-bought fuel but the price at the pump happens to be cheaper, you don’t have to use the pre-bought fuel - you can pay the price at the pump. Also, you can prebuy fuel and share it with others eg share it among your family members. You can prebuy multiple types of fuel too. Amazing.

If a Z station has Pay By Plate, the app already knows what pump you’ve parked at, so you can just tap to confirm you want to fill up and then just start filling up. This is different to Pay at Pump where you have to select the correct pump number when you park at the pumps, and if you accidentally tap the wrong pump number, you’ve basically locked yourself out!

Pay at pump seems a bit buggy
I use the app to pay at pump, and while it does work there’s a couple of issues:
1) licence play recognition doesn’t work for me
2) when selecting a pump and starting a transaction, the app keeps the “communicating with pump” screen open and I can’t close it. Have to reset the app. The pump does work though.

Check Gaspy
The app works, and I am able to collect my stamps for coffee which is great. However, the ‘share tank’ feature implies it is sewage hung for the lowest Z station gas price within 30s - THIS IS MISLEADING. Check Gaspy as it is ALWAYS cheaper to get gas in person. The expedition is the First time you use share tank - it has an extra discount that will be cheaper the first time round, ‘enticing’ users - but since then, it will always be more expensive on the app than in person, by 5-10 cents per litre. You’re welcome! And customer support, your answer was insufficient and I’m annoyed.

Great app
Just be careful the map when pre ordering drinks shows the shortest route and sometimes misses the no right turns
Also Z please sort out the app when getting a free coffee if you choose repeat the last order it charges you

It’s really easy and fast, but why I keep asking for reviews after each use? It’s a bit annoying. However I like how it is handled except the reviews notifications
Very easy
The moment I pulled over the pump, app was getting started to prepare pump for me. It knew I was on pump 6, the amount limit was already set, so we just had to put the nozzle in the car gas tank. It took me under 5 min from start to finish.
Sharetank is a great feature.
Sharetank is a great feature, quite handy for budgeting, peace of mind and sharing with family and across vehicles. Doesn’t always give the lowest price even when standing next the pump with a lower price. If you buy a new car with different fuel type you may be stuck with unusable litres, best not to over commit unless you can use them.

A downgrade and still faulty
A real downgrade on the previous app, but I see it still has the same issue where I keep getting marketing notifications despite all notifications except mandatory being off, I don’t think todays pay at pump specials is a mandatory notification, also irrelevant to me as I have a fuel card.
