Promotion notifications can’t be disabled!
I’m horrified to set that there is insufficient notification control in the app, meaning that promotions of discounts etc can’t but turned off. Unpleasant. May uninstall given how rarely i use the app and how much i don’t want to have ads thrust upon me.
Bare in mind, that the EV charge app is apparently going away, which us why I installed this app, and yet you are sending push notifications for fossil fuel discounts! Very poorly targeted.Show lessscruffy_tjn

UI and UX aren’t as good as the old app
The old Z app is much more efficient and user friendly than the current app. The new app takes me more clicks to get to the pre-buying of fuel screen and I have to look at a recommended fuel option of 155L which is pointless because it’s more than I want to buy. Also, the default units when buying fuel is $Dollars, please make the default Litres because it’s much easier to do it that way.
Really disappointed in how much bloat has been added to the app. As a user, I would like to open the app, buy my fuel and get out as quickly as possible. I know you want to slow people down so they see your other deals and this increases the chances of buying them. But honestly it’s just frustrating having them shoved in our faces and makes us want to buy them even less.
Please remove the bloat of the recommended fuel buying option and reduce the number of clicks it takes to buy fuel. Making the process as efficient as possible to buy fuel will make me more likely to pre-buy fuel.Show lessBuggymidooe
Best App for fuel
Great app, Sharetank is an amazing feature and keeps me coming to Z over the competition. Everything else from ordering food and drinks works great - One suggestion would be if we could purchase car washes through the app - GAME Changer!!Jamizzle93

Everything was at your fingertips, fast, skip the queue. Do everything in the car straight from your phone.
Share tank is amazing it will scan within 30kms for the cheapest fuel cost and you can buy your fuel at that price.

Much better than previous version, but please can you carry through the reward preference or at least prompt user to update as I’ve missed out on a number of flybuys deals since changing app not realising it had to be selected within the app after signing in.akljaxin

Prompt payment
Love how fast it is to pay using the Z app. Definitely saves time and very prompt! Definitely recommend it plus all the free rewards! Free cash wash and coffee! Can’t get any better than that.Dove S.

Ok now got new app installed and working, less glitchy & can actually order & pay. So therefore vast improvement over old app. Thumbs up. Sharetank is still totally awesome.Kazpac

Better than the previous version that often struggled to identify my vehicles/enable PaybyPlate but still not 100%.
Would be ideal if receipts could be issued as jpeg/pdf so I can reconcile for Xero.In stardom
