  • Worth A Try

    Overall the customer service is wonderful. With only a few small problems here and there, the app works great. I have been trying to find an app that is all in one and I don’t have to transfer money around between “pockets”…it’s just all there.

    My only biggest gripe is not knowing what new stocks or etfs have been added. Would really like to see a bigger selection of stocks/etfs, updated additions filter of newly added stocks/ets, and other filters to help find what I am looking for.

    So far I would def recommend giving this app a try. I’m slowly but surely moving my finances to this app as it’s really a one stop shop financial app
  • Sadly, not a good product

    I sadly must say this product is pretty poor. I have never been more disappointed with a bank before. It takes 3-5 days to deposit cash into your checking account, and then **something never told to me** it takes 10 business days for bill pay to work. I did not know this an initiated a bill payment for my credit card and the payment bounced and my CREDIT SCORE has now been DECREASED. The credit card companies report this bounce to the credit bureaus, and this has nothing to do with even a late payment. I fully would stay away from this product, everything is shotty and it is clearly a startup with poor management.
  • AMAZING ‘small’ company, with a ‘big’ future!!

    I contacted customer service via chat, and I admit, I was rather upset and possible rude to “Anna.” Even after her thorough explanation for the reason I was reaching out, I wasn’t satisfied. I want to apologize and thank Anna for her time; sorry Anna. She was of great help, and actually offered to have a manager contact me with further information about my concern. I thought, “yeah, it’ll be a week before I hear back from anyone, and I’m sure it’ll be some floor manger form an overseas call center.” To my surprise, I received a phone call within 10 minutes, and had the fantastic chance to speak to Daniel! He had the most calming character, with a huge interest to my concern. He listened, and understood my feedback! That guy has a passion for the company he works for and behind the company’s product! Thank you, both Anna and Daniel. I wish the best of luck to everything Fierce has to come :)
  • My critique

    I would sign up but there are 4 things that put me off. However, if Fierce ever implements the changes I would definitely consider. The 4 things that are a deal breaker to not signing up are

    1. No option to create a stock or crypto investment portfolio. Rather than buying stocks and crypto separately. Its much more efficient to have it automatically invest on the portfolio creates by the user.

    2. Cannot borrow money against your investments and withdraw it cash. For example, if i have $1000 invested into stocks, the option to borrow 50% of $1000 cash in case i need it without having to sell my investments

    3. 10 day freeze when transferring from a 3rd party app

    4. App does not have wallet built in for sending and receiving crypto
  • Really enjoying the app and customer service

    For a fairly new app, it works pretty well. Definitely having hiccups along the way. A couple of things to note for those signing up. There is a 14 business day freeze on the bank account where you cannot pull money out from 3rd party services like Venmo. This should be made clearer when signing up. Also, you can only have 1 Beneficiary currently. I was told there are plans to allow more, but no date was given. A few other bugs here and there but Daniel and Anna are very responsive through chat and email. So, overall, I do think this app has a lot of potential. Just need to deal with some growing pains along the way.

    Thank you so much for the thorough and thoughtful feedback! We are always listening to our customers and looking for ways to improve. You make a great suggestion to make our payment restrictions more clear and we are making the change! We are shortening the restriction to 10 days, but even more importantly, we are making it explicit in the app so that there is complete transparency. The reason for delayed access to payment capabilities is purely to help reduce fraud - the last thing we want is to confuse customers! This change should be live by this Friday, Nov 3rd 2023, at the latest. Regarding multiple beneficiaries, we agree that this is an important addition. We are currently working on adding this functionality, it should be available within the next 60 days! Again, thank you for all your great feedback and for being a Fierce customer!

  • Great banking done by a small team

    I recently started banking with Fierce financial and had a couple of hiccups during my experience due to my lack of understanding the app. One of the agents Daniel took his time on multiple occasions and different phone calls to help me out and get me in the loop of things. I’m very thankful. I would recommend this app 100%
