New Bill Pay Actions Are Garbage

Please fix bill pay it is not user-friendly. Prime problems: Bill pay is squirreled away, should be its own tile on the Home Screen. Very hard to see clearly pending or scheduled transactions. Horrible to be able to select which account to same merchant you are paying- not enough bread crumbs so you can know, what happened to ‘nicknames’ It’s a huge shame that you dismantled things that were working well without vetting it through some real user beta testers! We’ll be actively reaching our options for other financial institutions as this is a big enough issue to make me leave after 25+ years, if you do not fix this!!!

Fast and efficient

I am a new member of Global FCU and started to use mobile app recently. I am so excited to know that this app does work very fast and effectively I can complete what I want to do. More importantly this app (as well as all operations & customer services) is very well designed and work much faster than traditional banks’. This discovery has changed my previous images on “Credit Unions” and this is an epoch making evolution in banking from me, who is a former banker. Great job! This fact motivates me to deepen my relationship with Global FCU undoubtedly.

Challenge Question issues

I'm not sure where else to go to fix this issue but I keep trying to sync my accounts, which leads to me tapping on the challenge questions, which then ends up in a loop continuously of failing connection/restarting. I have deleted the app, reinstalled, called their support line. Support on the phone did not know what the issue was and didn't direct me to any form of IT service. At this point, the app is unusable and I have to log in on computer to see an accurate updated information on my accounts.

Too busy

I liked the old app better. It was just straight forward and this one is too busy looking.
I liked the transactions just showing in a list. Separating each and every single day with a “posted on” bar is not a good experience with how large it is. Just give me a list.

Easy to use

I like that the app has a simple interface and is easy to navigate. You can do more complex things too, but the daily stuff you need to do it right there on the main page. Ive seen new features added recently that made it even better.

We all live busy lives that involves our finances to be ready for anything and everything. Thanks for covering our backs when theres emergencies, without it theres too many possibilities of chaos. Easy to manage finances on the go!!!

I love it. I can manage my finances on the way without having to go to the branch and wait in long lines. I love how it provides the conveniences to mangage my finances make transfers and see pending deposits while I am either on vacation, abroad, and at home. I don't mind going to the branch but I just love it when I need to make quick and easy bank transactions.

Bill pay is hard to work with

The bill pay portion simple says the credit card basic and doesn’t discern which card the payments are for. For instance, we have three Citibank cards and three American Express cards. The app no longer prints the last four numbers or nicknames for the cards so I’m not sure which bill is paid.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. To see historical bill payments please go to Bill Pay > View Activity. This list will include the name of payee and last four digits. Please go to Bill Pay > Pay a Bill > Choose payee, this list includes the name of the payee and the last four digits as well. Low quality ui and features

Terrible app and bank. You can’t pay your credit card through the app and instead have to schedule appointments or make a phone call to make the payment. The user interface is very limited and you can’t do simple things such as changing your pin. You can’t transfer money from the global credit union account into other banks. You can only transfer money into the account from other banks. The call line is always busy and takes an hour or so just to resolve simple issues that the app should allow you to do like getting all of your account information, changing your pin and even making payments. It’s always a hassle to get money into the account or out of it and an even bigger hassle to resolve issues.

Hello, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate your feedback. Members can use Transfers > Between my Global accounts, to make credit card payments. To move money from Global to another financial institution, connect the external account to the Global CU app and then use Transfers > To or from my non-Global account. More card management features, including the ability to change PIN, will be available in the app soon.
