New app is garbage

The old app was easy, simple, and intuitive. The new app is clunky and poorly designed. It’s causing issues accessing accounts that I previously had linked together due to β€œprivacy.” Even though that wasn’t an issue for the last 8 years. App often crashes and lags. Really disappointed with this change. Considering changing banks due to the constant inconvenience

Absolute trash

This is the worst. It’s very difficult to get mobile deposits to go through. The blandness of it blends together. I cannot express how much I feel like this app compared to the last is about 6 downgrades too many. It’s difficult to get anything done and see descriptive things like the previous app. Absolute trash compared to the last. I honestly expected much better compared to what we came from.

Love it!

It was a rocky start but I love the new app! I love that you can do a lot more now without having to go to the website. I also love being able to adjust the order of how I view my accounts & even hide some if I want. Being able to see more account & transaction detail is awesome too. Can’t wait to explore & see what else I can do! Also shout out to the employees who are always so nice, even when they are going through a big update!

Terrible App

The old app was far superior to this one. Can not do a mobile deposit reliably and this is my biggest gripe with the app. I could get over the other issues if the mobile check deposit worked better. Feels like a banking app from 10 years ago instead of a modern application. Has not been user friendly at all. It was much easier to see what was coming in and out of my accounts with the old app. This one it all just blends in. Very disappointed in the roll out of this app.

Logging in to incorrect account

In addition to issues I previously mentioned, here’s a fun new one: when I log in to my business accounts through this new app - with my business user name and business password - it somehow logs me into my personal accounts. How in the heck?!?! I’m finding myself using the web site more and more with the introduction of this new app. πŸ™„

not getting paid by my work anymore

previously on the old app my money from my paycheck would just come in automatically every single day at 12 AM ever since I switched to this app this is the first paycheck I could’ve gotten with it and it has not come in. It has been over eight hours, since my paycheck was supposed to come in. Do any of you guys know how to fix this cause I need my paycheck lol.

I love the new app!

I’m a new member and I love the new app! The features, the layout, and the rates! I can link other accounts from other institutions and transfer all within one app. It’s great! Thank you Y12 FCU.

Refreshing!

I love the new app and online banking experience. It is so easy to use and has a very clean feel. Y-12 did a great job with this roll out!

Great new features

Much easier to view balance snapshots and get balance and activity alerts. So glad to be able to control my card online.

Love the app

I'm so happy with the new app! Y-12 made it so easy to switch over! I love how it saves internal transfer info now, I no longer have to ask for it each month!
