Great App!

I hate change, but I have to admit this new app is great! It is way easier to use than the previous one. I love that I can see all accounts on the first page - including accounts from other financial institutions! I also enjoy the streamlined look and updated colors.

Pointless and painful

Terrible app. The whole point of mobile banking is to do it mobile. The fonts and set up are archaic but the worst part is it won’t accept any deposited check. Multiple surfaces, multiple lighting and multiple errors. With tech support giving no options, I now have to go hand deposit every single business and personal check I receive. Worst app I’ve used.

Great upgrade!

I thought the old system was nice but this has a lot more features and options available. Easy to use and the staff are always so helpful!

Love it!

I absolutely love the new app. While I had a couple issues getting logged in, once I was in, it has been great! It reminds me a lot of one of my older institutions that I had. I like the ability to do more through the app instead of having to go into a branch.

2 steps back

This “new” app feels like we’ve went backwards about 10 years. With the old system I was able to transfer money between family members (my sons account most importantly) with ease and without limits. I also have several business accounts along with a personal account that if I want to transfer a large sum of money I will now have to write a check and mobile deposit or call and wait on hold forever.

New app is in no way an improvement

The previous app worked just fine, it was fully functional and everything was accessible. The new app is the opposite. My biggest issue so far is that on my account list, the names are not included on the list - and being co-owner on several accounts, I cannot tell which account is which on the list. While the names are editable, it is impossible to tell WHICH account name you are editing - so that’s useless! I ended up going through the web site, which is doable because it at least shows the account numbers.
