Love the new look and features!

I love the new app. Being able to download the app on my Mac is a nice improvement as well. New security features like OTP at login is something Iโ€™ve been wanting for a long time.

Awful

Absolute garbage. Old app was much better and had more features.

Okay.

Right away it made me change my login password. Hopefully I can change it back. The platform looks technical and banking. The old was so friendly and inviting. The reward points are not visible with the accounts. I do have to say I like now finally you can see the details of transactions and plus my payments on what was interesting and principal. Going to the bankโ€™s website to see information seems faster. Some are better and thatโ€™s why I scored it this.

New app rolled out without notice

Previous version of app has apparently been mothballed overnight without notice. No overlapping functionality interval. Havenโ€™t been able to check my online banking for days because every time I call customer support Iโ€™m on hold for 15 minutes before giving up and disconnecting.

Extremely inconvenient. No password reset portal in new app. No transition assistance.

Horrible user interface

Why change something that worked just fine? The user interface is terrible and this app is unusable. 10 clicks to make a simple transfer and hard to understand. Bad bad bad

Terrible new login system

Can't even get logged in. I have a code texted to me and the field to enter the code in the app doesn't allow any typing. I try the call method and after pressing 1 am told to wait. Finally after 5 minutes it says there was a problem getting back to me. Now when I try to login text and call are grayed out and I have no way to verify my identity.
