So Easy!

I love this new app! Paying off my credit card was so easy and took no time at all. It had a pay button right on the main screen. This app gives you so much more information than the previous one did.

No name accounts

Logging in requires several text codes. Moving to other functions within the app will require more text codes. If you share an account or have more than one account there are no names listed - transferring between accounts is a guessing game. Accounts are not in the same order as before so who knows? The old app was more user friendly.

Love it!

This app is so user-friendly and makes it easy to see my balance and transactions. Reviewers who say the new app was rolled out without notice must have been in outer space for the past few months because I received multiple notices both digitally and through mail. I love being able to do my online banking in a speedy and secure way!

Great App

Awful

Why change a great working banking app that was user friendly and allowed people to easily change password if needed, to this awful new banking app that doesn’t even allow me to change my password that I already know that worked perfectly fine on my old app! I don’t want to change my password my old one is just fine. What a joke and it’s bad enough that I’m considering closing my y-12 account and moving on.

Very good banking app

I’m very happy with the new banking app. It has all of the features I use and makes it easy to pay bills, move money to and from my other banks and pay friends. Happy to have digital banking tools that are as strong as their wonderful staff who are always so helpful.
