So this bed we were sold on does it all… in the store yes with a rep from the company and a camera linked to live adjustments. Beware, when you get home those options don’t exist through the app. You cannot adjust head, waist, leg pressure as we were sold on. Such a waste of money, thankfully our local store is issuing a return for store credit, but I feel duped and on the verge of being bait and switched… never had a sleep number but this bed doesn’t do what they promise, nor half of what they allow it to in the showroom. Only one phone or device can connect, my back has never hurt so bad from a bed let alone one in this price range, I would have been better off buying an old truck and throwing an air mattress in the back for cheaper. Thankfully Carson Home Furnishings in Carson City NV is understanding and allowing us to get out from this. If you want to purchase, take a week off work, and sleep on this in the store for a week- then make up your mind. Never will we think of diamond mattress again no matter which home, cabins we own, nor for the 19 beds we have at our business… your loss Diamond/Auto pilot, back to the drawing boards, swing and a miss
