    You do not take care of your clients. There is no and I mean NO interaction with the client. I have asked and requested an understanding on my escrow account - no one is able to give me any information. I have never receive my property insurance and I have asked for the terms I have never received it. I would like to shop for my own insurance no one will give me guidance. I wish that another bank would take over my account. I am a sad and disappointed first time home owner Thank you.
  • Something that really works

    I get the information that I need when I need it. You can make arrangements for payment changes. It’s really works well.
  • Too long

    I always make my payment on 1st of the month, but service bank takes 3-4 days to process payment, and by then they are sending nastygrams saying my payment is late. You guys need to get your act together. I did my part!!! Other then that the app is easy to use

  • Poor app, and an even worse company

    The app itself is slow and has bugs that need to be fixed. You can not scroll all the way to the bottom on most pages and it’s just glitchy in general. This company assumed our mortgage a few months ago and it has been a nightmare ever since, specially with the transfer of insurance documents. It’s like no one at their company bothers to take notes or pass on information to others so nothing is streamlined or in sync. My insurance company thought that the calls that they were receiving from this company were spam because the people that were calling could barely speak English. Finally after a few agonizing months everything got squared away…at least we think so. The end result is I will owe them $26 dollars for not providing insurance documents to them in time. At first I thought I was going to try and fight this to keep my $26 dollars, but I think I will save my sanity. Anyways, terrible company and app…did I say that already?

  • Invalid Date

    Can’t post payments on weekends because you will get an “Invalid Date” error. Also recommend renting. Buying a house is stupid. Majority of the payment goes to interest and escrow. Out of $1057 mortgage only $200 and some pays the principal. Don’t even get me started on PMI.

  • Payment plus doesn’t work

    Each time I select payment plus (extra 10% to principal) I get an error saying “payment plus not allowed until total payment due is made” I’m not behind. I’m today (July 4) trying to select August 1 payment. So then I have to schedule a regular payment and go in and edit it. Please fix this glitch.

  • Outdated and Inconvenient

    Pros: 1. The app allows for online mortgage payments. 2. So far, it has accurately reported my payments. Cons: 1. No Auto-Pay Setup on the App: It’s 2024, yet you still can’t set up auto-pay online. Instead, you have to call them, which is inconvenient and outdated. 2. Delayed Account Updates: After my mortgage was transferred to this company, I was alarmed by a delay in updating my account, which made me worry unnecessarily about missing a payment. It took them a full month to reflect the payment on the app. 3. Clunky Interface: The app feels outdated and lacks the smooth functionality you’d expect from a financial service in this day and age. 4. Auto-Pay Setup Revisited: Seriously, you still have to call to set up auto-pay. This cannot be emphasized enough—it’s a basic feature that should be available online.
  • Has everything I need

    Pay mortgage, option to pay 10% extra principal is nice. Keeps documents organized. Never had an issue with this app.
