    I am so thankful for a program that is not just breathing or cardio. As someone who lives in the gym, I was grateful for a program that still focused on weightlifting safely while pregnant. Although my delivery did not go as expected, the tools from this program have made recovery from a c-section much easier. Day after delivery I was up and starting my first postpartum workout!

  • The program is worth it

    I really like the program. It has made me feel confident still weightlifting while pregnant. However, the app is not easy to use. I find it freezes when I’m filling out the reps and weights. Maybe this is because I have an older phone.
  • Free trial nightmare & slow programming

    They claim to have a 7 day free trial but when I downloaded the app and made an account it forced me to input my credit card info. I figured ‘ok they need this for after the trial is up’ but I emailed with customer service to confirm and they assured me I would not be charged. So I created my account and was immediately charged TWICE for a full month membership. It took lots of emailing back and forth with customer service to get refunded. I had to ask multiple times to get my account deleted to ensure I would not be charged after 7 days and they sent me instructions for canceling the subscription, none of which work because I did not pay through the apple App Store and the other method had me click a button in the app that does not exist. They did finally get it all sorted for me but it was not a pleasant experience, free trials should not be this complicated. I understand they just built this app but why not take the time to understand user experience and ensure people are able to do simple things like get their promised free trial, cancel subscriptions or delete accounts. On top of it all, the programming itself was not for me. It seemed incredibly slow - workouts that consisted of breathing and stretching and no more than a 20 minute walk per day when you’re months into your postpartum journey. I am very conservative in my return to fitness and lifting postpartum, but it seemed wildly slow and boring, like I wouldn’t get to a place where I could be comfortable returning to the gym once completing the program. Plus the app itself was awkward to look through and get a sense of the program you’re buying into, all you can see is the current week based on how far postpartum you are with no explanation of the progression.
  • Okay - Could be better

    Purchased this for myself for Mother’s Day. Have been lifting for years and am currently pregnant with my first. I wanted to try a prenatal specific program to ensure I was doing all I could for specifically pelvic floor. I’ve been using it for the last few weeks and am pretty disappointed. It seems very tailored to brand new lifters, even though it claims to be for anyone (always a limit to that claim). It could be so much better. Will end up trying to use it postpartum since I paid the $150.
  • Great Postpartum Program

    Loving this app and program for my postpartum recovery. Very comprehensive and I feel so much more confident about my safe return to working out and lifting.
  • Amazing prenatal and postpartum program!!

    I was hesitant to start this program as it launched when I’m already in third trimester. But I am so so glad I did!! It’s incredible to not have to think about what pregnancy modifications I need to make for a workout. It meets you where you’re at in pregnancy down to the week and day you’re in. It has both a full gym and a body weight program. And on top of it all it comes with resources and videos to further your pre/postnatal fitness education. Highly recommend this program
  • The Most Comprehensive Program

    For my first pregnancy, I used a patchwork of prenatal and postpartum programs with little to no consistency.

    For this pregnancy, I stayed consistently active thanks to the simplicity and clarity of this program. Now that I’ve completed the prenatal and postpartum program, I actually miss my daily morning walk and workout from my pregnancy. Also as a RYT with Yoga Alliance, I appreciate the wealth of information on breathing and body changes during pregnancy.

  • Protects that pelvic floor!

    Provides a good dose of pelvic floor PT in with the heavy lifting… a great way to stay strong in pregnancy and postpartum. The app is easy to use, calculates what exercises you should be doing based on your due date, and provides at home options if you feel too gross to get to the gym. I am so excited that this app is finally here just as I begin a new pregnancy and I am so excited to see it through 🖤
  • Fantastic program!

    This app and program is truly fantastic! I normally run Stronger By the Day and love it. I ran this program while I was pregnant and postpartum with my first and LOVED it. It kept me active and made me feel confident that I could lift safely. Now that I am trying to conceive again, I am SO EXCITED that the app is out because I know this program is aligned with my current goals and my goals/lifestyle for the next year plus. I’m so thankful for the program and now I am STOKED the app is here.
