  • Must-have for lifting moms!

    Following +1 programming throughout both of my pregnancies allowed me to stay strong and active, with the reassurance that the programming had been thoughtfully designed for my exact stage of pregnancy. The guesswork of constantly substituting or adjusting my workouts myself was gone. The workouts were easy to follow, effective, and the programming was easy to jump back into if/when I took time “off” when pregnancy was kicking my butt or life got busy. The new app is *stunning*, so well-designed and easy to use. Highly, HIGHLYYYYYY recommend to any moms-to-be or new moms.
  • Much needed guidance for pregnancy and postpartum

    I had a rough time getting back to exercise postpartum but this education and plan gave me the tools and confidence I needed to get back to feeling strong and moving my body well. The education is key and I appreciated the variety of challenging movements. It is even more powerful now with the app! I highly recommend it.
  • Great prenatal program!

    I’ve been using this program from pre-conception to now (32 weeks pregnant) coming from a powerlifting program. It’s super informative and makes me confident applying my lifting background to my pregnancy. The program is comprehensive with movements and provides great educational supplementation. I recommend this to all my friends who are thinking about pregnancy or who are pregnant and are interested in staying active!

    Plus+1 has been absolutely essential in getting me through my first pregnancy and I am so excited to ditch my notes app for tracking, and making the move to the new app!! It’s worked seamlessly for me so far and is so reminiscent of the Stronger By The Day app (which I also love!!) 26 weeks down, 14 to go!! 💪🤰
  • Love this program — 10/10 would recommend mama

    As a first time expecting mama and power lifter, I knew I wanted to keep strength training during pregnancy but I had no idea where to start. This program is so well-designed and easy to follow — I love that they incorporate expertise from OBGYN and pelvic floor physical therapists. I have learned so much! The app gives you your workouts customized to what week of pregnancy you’re in and include all warmups as well as video demos if needed. The breathing techniques especially are different from what I was used to in powerlifting — I’m so glad I invested in my & my baby’s health with this program!
  • It’s finally an app!!!

    I’ve been using the Stronger by the Day program and app for several years. The Plus+1 Prenatal and Postpartum programs came out shortly after I had my first baby. I was very impressed with all the knowledge and videos shared with the Postpartum programming and it truly equipped me to return to the gym (along with Pelvic floor PT). I’m 21 weeks pregnant with my second baby and have been enjoying the Prenatal programming, and am THRILLED it’s now in an app.

    Everything you can expect out of the StrongStrongFriends team, knowledge, workouts, warmups and info in one convenient spot.

    I was on the Plus1 program prior to the app launch and had a hard time accessing all relevant reading & learning content due to it being on the website.

    Love that all resources are now in one spot.
    The reps & RPE are easy to track.

    User friendly, good quality content & app development.
