Not working well on iPhone
I have been using SugarSync for several years and until recently have not had problems accessing documents from my iPhone. Over the past several months I have not been able to reliably save to or access files from the app or iPhone files functionality. This became increasingly frustrating when trying to attach files to emails. Most of the time browsing files in the app works.
Since my primary reason for the service is to have access to files when I’m traveling, I will be looking for alternative solutions. This has persisted for several months now. Like others, I have also experienced app freezing and crashing.

Improving
Yes they’re not perfect but SugarSync is steadily improving and they do care about getting better
Crashes all the time
Not reliable, changing to another cloud service.
Exactly what I need
I like that it runs in the background and backs up automatically, and that I have access to all my files from any device.
Poor performance
The app often fails to upload photos from cell phones and is terribly inconsistent. This problem costs me hours of wasted time. The app support has never succeeded in solving this problem.

Works fine
Works fine on Windows Mac and iOS. I’ve been using it for a year and had no problems.
No longer plays MP3s after iOS 15 update
After updating g to iOS15 the app no longer at MP3s. All other files work fine including MP4s. Please update!
Doesn’t seem to want to copy all my photos
This seems like bad attempt at a cloud server if it can’t with a 100% accuracy save and back up my photos. Seems buggy and so far i am dissatisfied.

Crashes constantly… so frustrating!!!
This app crashes constantly, you click on one thing to open it and it’ll freeze, sit for a minute and then close. Super annoying and frustrating. Would not recommend
Excellent app!
I’ve used this service for many years. It is easy to use and very reliable (except for just one short period of a few days). I can access all the company’s files on PC, laptop, iPad and iPhone… anywhere and at anytime. An excellent back up too. Highly recommended.
