Crashes All the time…
The app basically serves it purpose providing the ability to remotely store images, which are easily accessible from all of your digital devices; however, if you stretch or zoom in on any image for a closer look, the the app crashes without fail.. Even though the latest improvements to the app indicate that it fixes crashes that is not been my experience, it crashes every time I try to manipulate an image while using the app. This is very frustrating for an app without an annual subscription which is not cheap…

Support levels are very poor
I’ve been a SugarSync subscriber for many years and am seriously considering moving to onedrive thanks to the complete lack of support. I logged an issue on 25 April 21 and after a few basic (and useless ) suggestions they stopped responding on 7 May. It’s now the 28 May and still nothing despite a number of chasing emails. The service is expensive vs others and now the service level has proven worthless I would advise people to look at the alternatives very closely as SugarSync is clearly under resourced.

Terrible Customer Service, not user friendly
I’ve been waiting on a response to an issue with my Sugar Sync for over a week. I’ve had SS for 10 years and it has never been user friendly. I think it will soon be worth the effort to transfer files to a different backup service. It was great 10 years ago when there weren’t many cloud based backup services around but in this day and time I think SS is getting antiquated.

Not to be trusted
I started with Sugar Sync before I had a smart phone. I used it to sync home and work files. Over the years I used it to store data from my smartphones. Worked well for 10 years of photos and countless phones. Started having problems accessing my account. Apparently, my credit card expired. According to the snotty reply to my account inquiry I was sent a notification. I was not offered any ability to restore access to my data. I am devastated so much of my older data is lost. Do not trust this heartless enterprise.

Great Backup App
I've used this app for years now. It works seamlessly backing up specific folders on my computers and syncing files across machines while allowing me to pull anything up remotely on my phone. Backs up phone photos too. Recent intro of 2FA is a key feature. I prefer this platform to any other I've used. Best cloud backup for my needs.

Worthless...
I had used Sugar Sync for a year or so and when the opportunity came about to use IP Vanish along with Sugar Sync for a month for free I went for it. At the end of the month I no longer wanted IP Vanish and canceled the service. However this deleted all 125GB of pictures and videos. 125GB OF PICTURES GONE!!! Absolutely worthless.

Terrible customer service
This cloud storage was included when I purchased IPVanish. After 1 week it would not allow me to access my cloud storage anymore. It says that my account has been disabled when I try to sign in. I sent email to customer support and so far no response. I called and only option is to leave a voicemail. No response. I call sales and they answered right away but would only transfer me to support voicemail. Nice way to treat your customer after the sale.
