Hugely Optimistic Goals
I began this program unaware that the wide elbow press-ups I was familiar with made the exercise a little too easy. By the time I corrected my form, I had to go back to day one, level one.
I soon moved from daily exercise to alternate days, to allow myself more recovery time.
Three months on, I am training 3 times every 14 days, and have to split the second exercise (knee press-ups) into 3 sets to manage the total. Currently on penultimate day of level 1.
There is no accumulated total of work done (ie days repeated), only days complete.
I have asked developer for the basis for the goal setting, but zero response.
As a GCSE app exercise, I might be forced to give it a C. Begrudgingly.

Amazing for follow up
Easy to use, appealing to the eye, technical in terms of how to do exercises. This is a must-have.
Programme excellent / but bugs in app
As per the title..
screen freezes a minor issue but not perfect

No tracking progress w/out upgrade
No tracking progress without upgrade, but the workout and timeline is all visible, which is very nice.
Buggy, and jerk moves :/
Bugs: resets progress and I don't know how to avoid this. Jerk moves: super pushy about upgrading and sharing on social media. On day 25 of my challenge, I must "upgrade to pro" just to mark the day as complete. This has me considering using a calendar instead--and I won't miss seeing the advertisements in every experience.
