It has been a wonderful experience flying with Cathay. The experience we had was really 1st class. We can notice how hard your team works to ensure the passengers like us getting a wonderful experience in checking in and also in the actual flight itself. The food was also great. Very straightforward travel app
I haven’t used the app before but I am impressed by how quickly it loaded the information and verified all the flight details. It was extremely fast and straightforward. Nice touch too with the reading material available for the flight.malojakiwi

Never trust the seat selection function
I’d selected and confirmed my seat in advance through online check in. But the system show no seat selection record. And it’s not the first time! The ground staff and customer service feedback the flight is full while I still saw a lot of seat available……..I hope this is my last time to fly with this company as they have the worst service as they never fix their bug in the app and always give you the worst service for you to experience!Show lessTravelmeans

Easy to use and good. Sometimes loading a flight details requires some different methods but once done notifications and usage is goodNnaksman
The Only Way
The only way you can even book or do anything is through their app LOL. I tried multiple times through their website on phone and PC but it kept white screening. I was able to quickly book and manage my booking through the app.Insanity Aura
Application won’t load while in Canada
The application was working fine prior to my arrival in Canada. I am trying to revisit my itinerary coming up, and I can’t load anything on the application.Csbono90

The app is generally well designed - it’s easy to book flights and check status. However, when checking in it always asks for the same information again and again, even if you are logged in. It’s tedious.RH-2010

I preparation for my flight to Hong Kong, I registered online and provided all the required documents to check in, the day before the flight. My boarding pass arrived in my inbox, the day of the flight after I stood in line to get one. On the return flight, when I received an email saying online checkin was available, I checked in but the system the rejected my attempts, multiple times.
