like Roulette game in seat selection
Every time you select a set, they assign you a seat in the middle and the very back of the craft. Across last I had three booking with them to different destinations. And luckily I find exit seat window seat. And it end up in the back middle seat?????? Even you complaint they always give you the link to check yourself out like a never ending loop. Even Japan airline can do better. At least their food taste better.

One Glitch
Not a bad app at all. I am on a two sector flight from Australia to Europe. it easily added the boarding pass for the first sector to my Apple wallet. getting the second sector into my Apple wallet was much more difficult. I had to try three or four different workarounds in the app to get to a screen where it would add the boarding pass to my wallet. But apart from that, it’s a very good app.

Terrible Company
I don’t know how this airline is a top airline. They canceled my membership for no reason whatsoever. When I called their customer service line, took hours to get someone to reply and help. Escalated to supervisor and even that person could not tell me why they suspended or canceled a brand new account. My tickets I bought are in limbo and customer service essentially had me email a general email and said they could not help me whatsoever in any way. What a joke of a airline company! I would not recommend to use at all!

Stress free travel
Very easy to use and better than other airline apps. I’ve had no problems at all and my travel plans are anxiety free due to this app.

Seamless checking in
It has been a wonderful experience flying with Cathay. The experience we had was really 1st class. We can notice how hard your team works to ensure the passengers like us getting a wonderful experience in checking in and also in the actual flight itself. The food was also great. Will definitely be flying with Cathay again on our next trip in a few months time. Thank you

Very straightforward travel app
I haven’t used the app before but I am impressed by how quickly it loaded the information and verified all the flight details. It was extremely fast and straightforward. Nice touch too with the reading material available for the flight.
