I like using this app, to report various things within our neighborhood . We usually get a quick response and the problems are taking care of. Even positive feedback works as well.
They actually do the things
When you submit photos, they actually fix the problems, it’s wild

Multiple Photos
The app should accommodate multiple photos. The list of issues should be in alphabetical order.
Upload photos
It does not allow me to upload a screenshot of a map area from my phone. That would be very helpful if it allowed me.
Just needs work
I’ve always stayed away from using this app because it’s very glitchy. I use it on a phone, which I would assume how most people use it. When I click create a new account call, it always goes to some dead end page.
Then you can only upload two photos for an incident.
Anyways, I’ll keep trying to use the app, but it’s not the greatest.

Nothing is done
You report but nothing gets done. What’s the point?

The app hasn’t received an update in over a year, and refuses to allow you to start over to sign in to pay a utility bill. Your One-Time Payment Option hasn’t worked for months now and is not how you are supposed to serve your customers. Please DELETE the APP from the App Store if you are UNWILLING or UNABLE to make the needed updates to make it work properly.

Crashes nonstop
This thing is horrible. Can’t even open it to start, just crashes non stop.

I’ve used this app for sometime and even though I give the app proper authorization for photos, it doesn’t work. I’ve alerted 311 to the issue.but nothing changes.
The app is good, but needs improvements
It is easy to post a request; however, logging in is not easy. Every time you have to login you need to enter your username and password. Why can’t there be a way to login using your face ID or even making this an option like many other apps nowadays?

This app is horrible. It’s about the lowest quality app you can ever download. The website is worthless. Remember your account number and just pay by phone . They must have technicians with GED’s with certificates cause my 12 year old daughter could have built a better website and app. SMH
