To many advertisements interrupting
This app used to be stable and quick. Now it has to much advertising causing it to load improperly. The stories are broken up by ads within them. Then when you try to make a comment on the story the ads interrupt your typing even 10 seconds. Which then leads you to clicking on a link which takes you out of the comments section and lose everything you typed before. FRUSTRATING! I deleted it because it is just not working anymore.Show lessTWIT ARMY

Hello, we have terminated the third-party ad network that was serving those takeover ads (these are usually the result of rogue advertisers, not the ad network themselves). Don't bother using this app. Everytime you open an article it switches you to the App Store to promote some wothless freemium game. Then when you return to your article it is blank, so you have to select it again from the article list which then causes a switch to the App Store again for either the same game or a different one. More ads, less content
These guys are getting too greedy with the advertising. Each article kicks you to the App Store and when you try to go back, you get a blank page. I have to force close the app, reopen, go back to the article and get shoved back to the App Store again. Rinse, wash and repeat. No more patronage from me. Plus, their political biases are nauseating. Stick to covering technology.Show lesscarlhajduk
Ads let the app down
I have used this app for a few years. Unfortunately ads are popping up all over the place that create a loop that prevent you reading the stories you want. The only way out is to quit the app. This greatly detracts from had otherwise been a great Apple news appDr Rik

Every once in a while this group posts something worth looking at but lately the adds cover half the article and are all over the rest of the screen do they look at how the advertising is killing this?m9ke

My title tells it all "Your dead to me" is phrase use by O'Leary on The Shark Tank TV show, to indicate that the product has no future in its present mode. This used to be my #1 go to place for Mac news since it first came out. Now with the new adds that block the text & will not go away, I have sent this app to the trashcan. Nightmare
App is loaded with pop up ads which nearly makes it impossible to use.
The future is apps just died here. Time to start just accessing the website through a browser with a really good ad blockerwinterchill88
Theme - More ads and slower

SteveJack, how can we increase as views now that all these ad blockers are out for browsers on both mobile and desktop?
How about we replace our clean feed driven mobile client with just a skinned Webview? That way we can keep our outdated business model and force more ads down our most loyal readers throat!

New Version is awful.
MDN's latest "built from the ground up" version (1st Dec 2015) is a massive step backwards from what it was.
Please bring back the old version. This one is just a HTML viewer on the right (displaying the website) with a list on the left. Usability is awful compared to the previous version.rgberry
Slow loading
This app was slow loading the articles. I just bookmarked the website on my homepage. Loads much faster than the app and looks fine.Buddy and Me
