Playlists!
Is alright but needs to be able to create playlists. Additionally, every time the app opens it starts at the top of the albums or band list. I wish it remembered where i was last time so I don’t have to scroll all the time.joost4u
Clunky- Can use ALoT of improvement
Listing modes are dated and old working. Needs improvement in presentation titles and compilations sort. Needs tons of work BUT does the work none the less.RodgerDodger007
Buggy and clunky
I would love to use this more, but I can't stand some of the problems.
Major:
-Randomly will stop playing after a song finishes
-Playlist and queue manipulation are not intuitive nor user friendly. It's very painful to use.
Minor:
-Downloaded songs' quality sound much worse than the originals. (Not sure why)Show lessTFWol

I've been using this since 2010 and it's never worked. Synology support haven't been able to fix the issue. Giving up. :-(Applersh1zer

Fantastic App! Useful and well designed
This is a great app, written by the makers of a great NAS, Synology. I use this virtually every day for my music collection.
It has come a long way since the previous versions, and they are always releasing updates with logical improvements. It's at the point where it's so good I'm not sure Id want to change anything.
It's very reliable and the interface is now excellent.
It caches music you play on your phone automatically for offline playback. Teamed up with an Apple TV it's a great low cost music solution for home and on the road.Show lessPano81

Says what it does, does what it says
Simple, effective and in partnership with a rock solid NAS solution, can't really go wrong. Only issue is that it doesn't respond to restarting the play stream from remote headphone cord toggles and no pause control from the playlist view.
Otherwise, these apps alone add value to the already awesome NAS product.Show lessHawkwah77
