Good tool under scrutiny by City if Memphis staff responders
Past: great tool for reporting and getting minor issues resolved.
Present: Poor tool where duplicate, ONGOING complaints are being erased and intentionally overlooked by the City ppl accessing this app. They are finding reasons NOT to acknowledge and address your written, legitimate complaints. Trying to hide something... i don’t know what, but something.
Post and post for help to no avail. Several caring Complaints CLOSED with no resolution. This app is now a joke that is simply Not Funny. City taxes paid, but this City rudely stops you from posting a complaint until they review and revise what you are actually complaining about. Would do better sending a News cam for exposure. Trying to make Memphis a better place, but the real issues are covered up. Unprofessionally awful in many ways! You started this system- Why STOP now!

Only as useful as the public services’ interest in fixing problems
If your city isn’t interested in fixing public safety issues, no tool for reporting them is overly helpful no matter how well designed. Looking at you, Toronto.
Great tool for the community
This is app is easy to use and allows you to put additional information to help explain the situation. Very helpful and creates a quick turn around time with the county while also providing feedback in a timely manner.

No more calling since my daughter downloaded this app.
Now I take a picture of the trash that others dump in my neighborhood and magically the fairy angels come and pick it up. Like magic, poof it’s gone, but there has been time that I had to resend.

Easy to report, hard to get anything fixed
It's easier to report on this app than on DC's 311 app, but on either one good luck getting better than a 10% success rate. I've reported around 150 items in the last 2 years in DC. Maybe 6 or 7 have been fixed.
It's far too easy for cities to close out requests without doing anything at all. SeeClickFix should require a photo before cities can "close" a problem that has likely just been ignored.

Not as good as the past version
This current version is missing some features that I found better in the last version, such as the field to specify the location before submitting a report. Previously, it was possible to submit a report, specify the location and a description of the report and add pictures easily. Now, the app finds the location, which may be incorrect, and there's no field to specify exactly where the issue is. The user interface isn't as clear as the previous version. Too stripped down.
I generally like SCF as a tool to engage with my community, but this current version is lacking compared to the last one.

Need additional choices for issues to be reported
There needs to be a catch all section for issues that don’t fit nicely into the selected issues. Dead fixed a water line break in front of my home last October/November and broke my curb and messed up my grass from the sidewalk to the street and I am unable to report this issue on the app. The work still has not been corrected and my front yard looks a mess. Please fix this issue

Great For Getting Potholes Repaired
I've been using this app for a few months. It is quite useful for getting those nasty potholes repaired. Like a lot of drivers I travel the same route every day. Always amazed that a road repair crew will just drive by the holes and not fix them. Worse, they'll fix one you report but leave another one five feet away and not fill it. This app makes it more efficient. Enable GPS and then Snap photos with your smartphone. Fill out the form and attach photos. GPS provides specific addresses (in most cases) so the crew can find it, compare to the photo(s) and get 'r done. I like it! Tires,?wheels, tie rods, springs. All that it very expensive to repair. Compared to the cost of fixing some holes this app provides a civic minded way to save yourself and thousands of other drivers costly repairs. Virginia Beach is very good about getting them fixed quickly, there is no reason not to use this app!

Good app
The app makes reporting easy but one problem I noticed was if i see something that needs to be reported and I’m driving at the time, i can snap a picture but i need to pull over in order to submit because the app will always take the GPS address even if i type in the correct address of the violation it won’t accept it.

Used to work well, now not so much
I can not report anything that asked for an address as on my phone I can not edit the location. All I see when I go to edit it is the lengthy generic text the app has. I can not scroll to the bottoms to edit it. My only choice is to report using the wrong type of report saying everything is a road issue or a park issue even when it is with a property. I never had an issue in the past being able to enter the exact address. Hope this gets solved as I like the app and my city responds well to it.
