  • Easy to use, however.....

I opened the app and it immediately starts a “timer” for not smoking. However, after clicking on everything I can see, there is no way to customize it to suite my needs. The customization that is shown in the description is NOT available...what the heck?

Hi - Just tap the Statement icon in the menu and change any of the red text to whatever you like. Hope this helps!
  • Fabulously simple

Last time I quit I used the NHS equivalent to show how much I’d saved. Bizarrely that is no longer supported so I found this, which is simpler, better, clearer, very motivating. 1 day down!
  • Frustrated

I lost all info. And could only get £ & need $. A lot more trouble than it used to be 😓

    Developer Response

Hi - Just tap the statement icon in the bottom menu - Then you can change anything you like... dates, what you're quitting, and also the currency - You can change any red text. Hope this helps!
  • Simple!

Awesome app. Been using it on and off for years with every attempt.
  • Great little counter.

This is a great little counter, looks like the developers listened to previous users. You can set it to record things from the past to the present and you can choose multiple subjects or items too which is great. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
  • So grateful

I have been smoke free 4 years thanks to this app.. My husband quit 8 weeks after me using it as well, he smoked almost 2 packs a day and tried many, many different things .... He is also still smoke free..... It's motivation. If u want a smoke open the app and see how far you've come, the craving will pass.... Good luck ... Thank u to Hugh Williams, u helped save our lives ... Brilliant

Update *** it's been 5 1/2 years still smoke free..
There has been no update and IOS will stop working with the old version .. please update

Yay!!! Thanks for the update ... I also lost all my info but just reentered it

6 years and 5 months ...still smoke free!! Thanks so much

  • Awesome app but update is needed

I love this app, I show it to everyone and tell everyone about it. But it needs another update..

I don’t really like this newest update.
I do not like how the info is entered, the military time is screwy, I try to make it so it’s midnight and at midnight it tells me I’m blah blah blah and five extra hours into my quitting time when I’m not.
And I do not like that you cannot add change ($8.53) to the amount of how much a pack of cigarettes cost when you quit. You can only put in whole dollar amounts.

Hi Winter Hill In The Ville - Sorry to hear that the latest update was not good for you. The time was always an issue, as people were requesting months even though there are not standardised months in a year (28, 29, 30, and 31 days...) so the timing is now handled differently, but still specifically based on your stop date - The info page describes it in full... Also, you can absolutely change the cost of whatever it is you are trying to quit - Just tap the cost on the settings screen. Hope this helps - All the best - Hugh
  • Can’t make any custom settings

Can’t custom set what I stopped doing whatsoever. Never selects anything I set in the custom parts.
  • Deleted previous time

Annoyed since the update has deleted my previous time 2+ years without smoking. Cheers guys
  • Long lost Friend

I used this app 3-4 years ago when I quit smoking and loved it! I am now quitting again (insert numerous excuses) and I am delighted to see that the app has been updated and refreshed! Everything has worked as expected and we now have MONTHS!!!! Awesome! As other have said, please add cents back to the cost section. You may also consider adding an AM or PM section instead of using 24hr time as I think it’ll confuse most people. Thanks for the new “sharing” screen too! One idea would be to add the traditional Apple “share” button somewhere in the app so that it can be shared natively through the OS. Anyway, those are my ideas! Thanks for the amazing update, and congrats on the (I hope) continued quit!
